up.  We delivered the items as soon as we were able.  Unfortunately the second driver that was scheduled to take the load and filled up made it seem like we were giving this customer misleading information. 
Graebel has refunded $300 in goodwill along with a delay claim that has yet to been settled.

The claim forms have been received from the customer and submitted to our claims department for settlement.

Company failed to repair emergency in an adequate amount of time. In November of 2013 the heating unit, at the residence I am leasing from Carteret-Craven Real Estate, stopped working. It took about a week for the company to repair it. About 3 days later, it broke again. This continued to happen until the unit was beyond repair on the first week of January. The unit was finally replaced at the end of January. During this time period the temperatures inside the house reached as low as the 30's, even with the space heaters I purchased and the 1 space heater they supplied. I repeatedly went to the business location to inquire how long the repair would take and to explain the situation at the house. I experienced some very high electric bills due to the space heaters constantly running to keep the house at a semi-habitable temperature. The owner took $100 off the rent for the month of January for the high electric bill and nothing else. The $100 off did not even amount to the extra I had to pay for the electric. I have continually tried to have a talk with the owner to discuss my unhappiness and to arrange a compromise for the events that took place, but he has been avoiding me. On top of the heating issue, I have had multiple other work requests for repairs submitted for months and nothing has been done about them.Desired SettlementI am seeking the remaining issues that I reported to be fixed and to either be reimbursed for 1/2 the rent for January or 1/2 off the next rent payment.
