Review: Took my [redacted] vehicle in to have an emissions inspection done. The technician broke the back brake light cover and damaged the car which received significant bumper scraping on it.When I questioned the technician he said he didn't know how this damage happened but it was freshly done and the manager of the station did not provide me any kind of compensation or explanation simply stated "he said he didn't do it and I believe him."when I checked on [redacted] there were other complaints about this gas station particular related to damage to vehicles that are left in their care.this organization is being staffed by individuals who are not necessarily license and may be illegally employed.Desired Settlement: Repair scraped fender of my [redacted].

Dear BRB Serving Metro Washington DC and Eastern Pennsylvania:This letter is in response to a complaint placed by a costumer on 06/13/2014 11:46 AM, assigned with the ID of [redacted].While completing the inspection, noticed that the brake light was not working; so I took the light bulb out and gave it to the owner of the vehicle stating that we did not have this particular light bulb available and notified her that, in order to pass the inspection, she can: 1) go to a local auto supply store and buy the bulb and we would put it in for her or 2) go to a [redacted] dealership and have them replace it for her. About 4–5 days later she returned with her car with the brake light fixed and replaced. She was not there during the time of the inspection—which is a regular occurrence as many costumers leave their vehicles at our facility and return later for pick up. With that, carried on and commenced and completed her inspection and parked her car on the side of the shop (pictured and marked below in Figures 1 and 2).About 1.5–2 hours later, the customer returned and stated that her car had been Scratched and damaged on the left side. This, however, is alrmost near impossible because her car was parked next to cars that did not move för hours after she left. I returned the car to her in the condition she gave it to me. It is possible that in the time frame which the customer was gone from our facility that there was damage done elsewhere which she somehow connected to our facility and Service.* after inspectionThe customer also claims that there were complaints regarding our gas station and "damage to vehicles that are left in [our] care." However, upon further review and research of said statement on [redacted], it is clear that, în fact, none of these claims were made in regards to our service. As for the employees at our facility being “not necessarily licensesd]" and "illegally employed;" this is a false, and racially stereotypical accusation that the customer placed on our staff—due simply and inconsiderately to their wide range of visible cultural differences and heavier accents our staff has, which she may not be used to.Sincerely,
