I have not received a final itemized invoice and refund for the work completed on ***
In December of 2019, an initial draw to begin renovation work totaling $14,787.50 was sent to Carter's Coastal Property Maintenance for permits, materials, and some labor.
On May 13th 2020, I terminated the contract with Carter's Coastal Property Maintenance. I have not received a final itemized invoice for work completed. I was able to get in contact with the business via email on May 17th. The business advised me that they would get back to me by the end of the week. I have yet to hear from the business.
I have attached the itemized estimate that was sent to the bank. This estimate is what the bank used to determine the initial first draw.

I never said we would get back to him that week. I said we would consult with our Lawyer over his termination of Contract and fraudulent activity regarding forging our business name and falsifying documents by using our business name and logo to get funds for project. We are currently seeking legal representation for a case involving *** and his associate ***. I have the email were I told*** I was speaking with my lawyer. Never gave a time I would be sending invoice back.
According to the estimate, the line item to construct a kitchen bar into the living room was $3000.00; which was to include the signed and sealed engineering report as stated. Why are there additional charges on the final invoice?
Final itemized invoice was sent to client as requested in original complaint. The price for the kitchen bar construction was for the construction only. The additional charges incurred from moving electrical outlets and rewiring to the bar. And also you and *** changed original design so redesign fees were added to original bar design. And also the invoice attached was fabricated by homeowner using our logo and information off one of our estimates. This email did not source from Carter's Coastal Property Maintenance.
and *** had to literally rebuild our home after Hurricane Flo destroyed it. They were fantastic to work with and created a BEAUTIFUL "new" house. I highly recommend them!
