Carter's Quality Roofing

Buyer beware. Mr C[redacted] did the roof inspection on the home we were purchasing and guaranteed the roof leak-free for 2 years. It leaked when the 1st storm rolled through. We contacted him and he was slow to respond. He tried several things and the problem with the leak continued for months. Mr C[redacted] couldn't seem to figure out why the roof continued to leak. We finally hired a different roofer and the problem was located within minutes of being on the roof. It is an expensive problem to fix, but at least the leak will stop. Our guess is that Mr. C[redacted] probably knew what the problem was--he just didn't want to fix it.

I just had my roof replaced by Carter's Roofing. I was first impressed that Don C[redacted] almost always answers his phone, and if you leave a message, he calls you back in a timely matter. His price was fair, although not the lowest bid I got, but worth every penny! He was great at communicating when the job would start, how long it would last, and any problems he found. His employees were hard workers, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend Carter's Roofing.
