we were unable to do so.The customer is using a 3rd party freight foJWarder and, after a UPS investigation, it was confirmed that the package was delivered and signed for by the receiving department of [redacted]  This company shows locations at both addresses provided.  We referred the customer to his freightforwarder to assist with the lost package as it was confirmed delivered.We have issued a credit of $75 to the credit card [redacted] used on this order.

Review: I placed orders with carter's online shop www.carters.com

they have a 25 % promotion going at the time off the order

I didn't receive the 25% discount at the time of the order due to system error

a week later I called carter's and they are saying that we are sorry for that and we will refund a 25% credit to the credit card, please allow 2-3 billing cycles.

after a year I didn't see the credit on the credit card, I spoke to them and they are refusing to issue the credit.Desired Settlement: they should issue the credit from the first time I called or when called again the should resolved the issue.

I checked with ups, they told me that the package was sent to [redacted] on DEC.02,2014, but my correct address is [redacted].

I emailed to carter's online service,but they said were no longer responsible for the shipment. I think it is not right.

Seller should make the package arrive to the buyer in time.not to the shipment company.

Carter and UPS are all responsible to this matter.Not pass the duty to UPS.Desired Settlement: return my money to my card
