This is our reply to the above matter A few facts that [redacted] "forgot" to mention This was the third time that her insurance was canceled due to non sufficient funds to different insurance companies and what that means is that since she bought the car she never actually had valid insurance on the car , who've is other then illegal is also very very irresponsible and a breach of contract In different occasions she got an insurance paper that was only a paper with no actual insurance each and every month since she bought the car This has become a system to her to avoid the insurance obligation as requires by the contract Each time she paid with non sufficient find type of payment , that bounced back and retroactively cancelled the insurance The second month she had done it we repossessed the vehicle and gave it back to her with a warning to make sure it will never happen again but she somehow forgot to mention that The very next month , the same story , insurance retroactively cancelled due to NSF We repossessed the vehicle the second time I have met and talked with her after the repossession , but I guess she forgot to mention that in her complaint too , and explained to her that we will not be able to trust her anymore in maintaining her obligations by the contract and asked her to contact her bank , [redacted] or any financial institution of her choice , to finance the vehicle for her , while we will hold the vehicle for her , for a reasonable amount of time , at no extra charge to her and make payments to that institution so she will not loose her car That option is still valid to her since we still have the car as off 6-17-We will not be refunding no money to her , she is the one in breach of contract and still owes us the contract balance and the repossession expenses and we expect her to pay those obligations immediately Thank you [redacted] Owner

Sent: Tuesday, March 31, 7:PM To: drteam Subject: Re: Revdex.com of Houston and South Texas- Complaint regarding Your Business # [redacted] this is a response for complaint [redacted] miss [redacted] - [redacted] bought from us a used [redacted] that was sold as is with no kind of warrantywe have promised her to fix oil leaks and check the brakes on the car at the point of salewe have fixed the oil leaks on the car and put new front breaks on the carour mechanic advised us that the rear breaks are in a good working order and dont need to be replaced or serviced at that pointthe state inspection sticker on the car is valid until 7-31-we send the customer to do an inspection thinking that we will need new sticker to transfer titile to her name and end up finding that its not neededwe have already registered car to her name and she gots her plates and registration stickerwhen customer went to inspection facility she told the gentelman that she has a bad tire and that if he will pass the car inspection ( which he wouldnt with a bad tire ) she will file a law suit against him and usif customer wish to put a new inspection sticker on her car she will need to change that tire and take it to any inspection sticker she would like we do not appreciate her threats and will not tolarate themshe bought a years old [redacted] and if it has a bad tire she will need to replace itwe did all we promised to do and will not pay for her mainatenece issues every time she will decide to send an email to the Revdex.comand if she wish to put new rear breaks on the car ( which the car does not need at the point we serviced it) she is free to do so at her own costthank you ronen b [redacted] cartex motors

Customer change insurance company from one non valid insurance to another none valid insurance without providing us with the new information like they are required by contract The new insurance that she supposably has on the day of the repo was paid with a hot check too and was cancelled for non sufficient fund So she actually never had insurance not before the repo , not on the day of the repo and not after the repo We will not tolerate this fraud behavior Thank you [redacted] [redacted]

Do not ever give this crooked business have an opportunity to your carThey will it, will not even let you know that it hasThey will keep your car re-powed for almost a week a charge you for fees and storage fees even if you have submitted documents (such as proof of insurance- We never had a lack of coverage, it was just inactive due to late payment) They have done this twiceSAVE YOURSELF THE SANITY and STRESSDO NOT PURCHASE VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACEThis place is a perfect example of pure Evil and I wonder when will Karma ever get to themAfter multiple research, It shows I am not the only one that has experience thisI wouldn't wish my enemies to purchase a car from this place

So what if a repo agent use a key to repo a car with ? Is it illegal ? Or customer just running out if what to say We are in touch with office of [redacted] regarding her complaint and provided all documents they asked including her fraud , invalid insurance papers and to the [redacted] too Customer did not have no valid insurance at the date of the repo or at any other day due to NSF - writing hot checks for policies She can continue to go around and around with it Our position is supported by documents and if she wants to go to court too we will gladly do so Thank you [redacted]

The dealership was provided with valid insurance, they want to say everything was fraud, call the insurance company on the policy and they will provide proofI cannot produce a fake insurance policy, not card, a actual policy where they were listed as the lienholder. My attorney will be in touch , the action they took was illegal according the lawMy attorney has verified all of the insurance policies that was sent and they were validThey are the ones that are fraud, will see in courtTHE ACTION WAS ILLEGAL !!!!!!!!!!!!! I can change insurance companies as many times as I want to, there is no law stating that I can't change insurance companiesI always provided them with VALID insurance polices and have every email that I have sent to them to prove itAt the time the policies were emailed to them, they are valid. I did not send over fake cards, I sent over policies that can be verified with the insurance company during that time periodThe fact remains as of the day the vehicle was picked, I was fully covered and had been for a weekThere was no valid reason to come and pick up vehicle, the ladies that verify insurance was just lazy and didn't do their jobs to see if I had new insuranceThey called the old insurance company and just had my vehicle picked upI was able to provide them with my new insurance policy the same day that my car was picked upBecause a customer has insufficient funds does not make it fraud, the insurance company just let the customer know that they need to provide another form of payment. Why would I try to get financed with a bank when you already signed a contract that you are financing me and took my down paymentNo, you want the bank to finance me so they can send you a check for the amount of the car and you get to keep my moneyAs my attorney stated, it does not matter if the previous insurance policies was cancelled, you gave the car back after the first time and if I was insured the day you came to pick it up and not behind on car payments, that was illegalIf I could have gotten financed by a bank , I wouldn't have came to this shady dealership that doesn't do any kind of verification to even get approved for a car, they just want moneyThe insurance was valid, which can be proven and car note was current end of story

customer never had nothing but papers
there was never valid insurance on the car since all the policies were paid with nsf ( hot checks etc)
insurance does not honor policies that are paid with nsf that's why there is no insurance and there was never insurance including the last one that she has provided AFTER !!! the repo
it is illegal to write hot checks
it is illegal to drive with no insurance
it is irresponsible and dishonest to pay with nsf and to maintain a loan on fake documentation
since we acted legally and reasonably and gave customer several warnings we are asking you to dismiss that complaint

It is the customer responsibilty to provide us with proof of insurance when they changing insurance especially after the car got repossess a month before for that reason and she was warned and given the car back
.The system of providing and fake insurance policies that are never valid because they are never paid for is illegal and wrong .Customer can come and payoff the account and get the car back
We dont have to , and will not , support or tolarate this kind of activities
the fact that she keep mentioning that she heard or saw another customer that did the same thing and got repossessed does not make her right or legal

Like I have stated before
It is the customer responsibility to provide us proof of insurance as required by contract
It is not our responsibility to call her or to remind her to do so even tho we did many times before .
When an insurance is paid with a non sufficient funds it is canceled retroactively from the day it was supposably purchased which means she did not have insurance since day one
Insurance is not a worthless piece of paper and we don't need a piece of paper
We need coverage , real coverage and not manipulative games to try and represent coverage
The fact that she is claiming to have insurance the day of the repo is none of our concern since she provided it to us after the repossession
And we don't remember her having any issue with our verification process when she drove off our dealership with a Mercedes SUV
The fact that she can or can not get finances through a bank is not our concern either She can payoff her contract balance any way she choose to and get the vehicle back

Regards,Fake tears, that's funny But I will have the last laugh, they are so fraud they come get your vehicle with extra key and not a tow truckI'm glad their not worried about the law suit, me either because I will winAnd more than one attorney and consumer credit board are not wrongPlease believe I'm letting everyone know about this company, the local news is nextThey keep talking about incidents that happened in the previous months instead of the day of the incidentAs the board states and investigator of *** ** *** *** states that the DAY of the incident June 12th not previous months, I was not in any breach of contract

We will not tolerate scams like this
Customer never provided us with proof of insurance
The insurance she provided AFTER the repo was another fake , not valid insurance because it was paid with none sufficient funds like customer did each and every month before that , thinking she is up to a system to get around her contract and legal obligation to have a valid insurance coverage and not just a piece of paper that had no meaning
Customer knows more people , very very close to her , that use the same fraud technique , to do the exact same thing .
Your complaint is being handled and we have no worries about it Customer need to be ashamed of her self to use and abuse the *** *** , against honest businesses that will not crumble in front of her abuse and complaints Just no shame !!!

They are complaining that I never had valid insurance and I provided a valid policy, not insurance card , but an actual policy to them each and every timeThey are also claiming that I tried to beat the system , and that is untrueMy husband at the time was paying the bills and each time that the insurance was cancelled, I was able to provide them with a VALID insurance declaration policyWho cares if I switched insurance companies, that is not illegalThey can call each every last one of the companies to verifyLike I stated, we are not talking about the past times, we are talking about a my vehicle being reposed and it had no reason to beMy insurance and car payment was valid
