This is the worst property management service I have ever dealt withI have been asking for almost a year for them to replace the microwave (never got replaced), fix the stove top (still hasn't been done) and it took almost months for them to replace the roofI really do not believe that the person that owns the house I lived in would be happy knowing that the stove top has been broken for eight monthsAs far as the roof leaking, I called and went to the office in person the day after the first rain of the year to let them know that the roof was leaking and months later is when a roofing crew came by to take an estimate Dont try to call them, they will answer your message only when customers go into the office to inform Long realty that their voicemail is full When asking a question make sure to get all answers in writing with a witness to verify what they saidLong realty will change their policies in front of your face regardless what an another employee has stated not more than minutes previouslyThis company deserves to be blacklisted by the Ft Huachuca Housing office This company makes me wonder if the home owners that use their service are being told the truthThe truth being Long realty does not and will not maintain the property
Terrible buying experienceWe were out of town buyers and our agent failed her basic feduciary responsibility of protecting us We walked in to our new home to find an insect infested filthy house with dirty and broken windows, no water, a broken landscape watering system, plugged up drains and shower heads, a water heater filled with sediment, chemically corroded appliances, clothes and trash from previous owner, and disgusting things like a used hospital itinerary bottle, year old insect traps, beat up, dinged, filthy cabinetsIt has cost us 10s of thousands of dollars to correct the basicsThe Long Realty inspectors were either terrible at their job or were directed to cut inspection corners or paid offNever heard from the agent againTo us Long Realty just took the money and ranDo not use Long Realty to buy a house if your expectations are that they *** do a quality job of representing your interests and protecting you
