Car time stole $5000 they're Terrible! Very unprofessional! They do not wear face masks although they're mandatory! and will steal your money. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life and I'm going to share it here and on every platform with thousands of people. This place needs to be shut down! As soon as we got a car from them the car died outside their business and they had already closed and all went home. Their was no gasoline in the car! Imagine that... buying a new car and it dies on you outside of the dealership while everyone is already gone. TIRES were bad one exploded on the freeway! The car needed an oil change and Ofcourse the car had mechanical issues to the point where the car would slow down on the freeway and would not drive! Can you imagine? I have records of absolutely all of this! The lights were also out. Save your self the time and go have an incredible experience buying your car else where this place is not IT. Ofcourse after we paid $5000 down payment with all of these issues we decided either they fix the car as it should have been or we would return it and want our money back which is fair. We spoke with our finance company and let them know that this car had all of these problems and told them we would return it and get our money back unless CarTime dealership would fix all of these issues. We attempted to call CarTime several times and no one answered our calls! Mind you we live 2 hours away and wanted to make sure we didn’t waste our time going in. Finally Eric calls back. We came to a verbal agreement. We bring the car in after agreeing with ERIC over the phone that he would return our $5k down payment if we brought the car in..we bring it, he tells us to have a seat and goes to check the mileage but instead steals our car by driving it to that back without permission! Why is this theft? Because car time was not the car lien holder at the moment this occurred! First you pay me my $5000 hard earned deposit money back or tell me you will fix the car issues and return my car before taking my keys and driving off. Please note that this is still my car I financed through mega finance and we have absolutely no payments to make to Car Time because my financing is through mega auto finance which I had already filed a complaint to and let them know all of the issues the car had. Car time had no rights over my car. My finance company mega finance said they were surprised the car had issues and that they had no idea! Car time has absolutely nothing to do with my monthly payments. Which I make directly to my finance company mega financing. Eric returns from (was suppose to be checking the mileage) to driving my car off and taking my keys.. We called our finance company and they told us that CAR time had absolutely no right to take or have our vehicle as they're not the lien owners of it. Mega finance was highly disappointed to hear that not only did car time take our car but also our $5000 down payment. I went into car time with intentions to come up with a solution that made sense for me as the buyer. I bought a car and wanted it running as it should have been. I expected a much cleaner experience. Instead of fixing the problems with my car or refunding me my $5000 down payment they chose to take both away! Illegally... I had to contact police officers and guess what they did? Showed false paper work! Son ladrones! No compren !! Can you also believe the audacity Eric had to yell at customers! And lie to them VERY unprofessional! The best thing to do is come up with a solution either fix the car or return the money. I make my on time monthly payments to mega finance not YOU! The Owner was terribly rude, and a huge clown laughing at us for wanting the right and fairest solution. The employees are absolutely rude! Do not shop here if anything shop across the street. These people falsify paper work and lie about you to get their way. They’re dishonest and you do not want to work with a company like that! Regardless of what they say remember all they’re doing is trying to save them selves from looking bad. If they were honest and fair they would have fixed the cars mechanical issues and returned it. If they didn’t want to (because they really didn’t) they should have returned my hard earned $5000 down payment. I’ll end this with let’s not forget I make my monthly payments directly to mega auto finance NOT CarTime they have absolutely nothing to do with my payments as I pay all of my bills on time always. Anyone in my situation would contact their finance company and explain the mechanical issues the car has and file a complaint as well as want a solution -until it’s either fixed or money returned. I mean I put $5000 down payment cash that’s a lot of money! For a car that you will be making monthly payments on for a while.. My finance company agreed with me! They had no idea the car had issues which they are the lien holder of the car and I’m pretty sure they would never invest into a car from car time if they knew it had mechanical issues.

Was interested in a vehicle had made an agreement with the company to make payments until car was paid in full. Made my first payment of 4,000 April 24,2020. After my first payment I asked company for paperwork on the car and showing proof of payment and car facts car salesmen didn't give it to me the first time I made payment. May 29, 2020 I made second payment of 4,000 I live in Fresno and the car company is in Ontario, Ca. Dealer took a long time to gather all paperwork and was rushing for me to sign everything as I'm asking questions because I wanted a better understanding of what I was signing. Not really a good reader and recently broke my glasses a few days before dealer assured me everything was ok just sign it and wouldn't allow me to take the car at all until paid in full. I had to rush home to get to work back in Fresno when I got home and had someone look over everything with me. I learned that the car had multiple things that had happened to it fire and water damage etc. I also see on the paperwork that they have in there like they financed me but its no way I Can be financed I have a car of my own that Im already financed with and making payments on. They also have in there that I'm suppose to make payments on a certain day of $6000 its no way I can make $6000 payment a month. We had an agreement that I'd make a payment of $4000 up until July. In the paperwork I have they made up false dates without my knowledge. I asked for my money back the car dealer said I couldn't have my money back they want the remainder of the money which is 8000 totals out to 16000 with the money they're withholding already. Our agreement was that I'd make a payment at the ending of each month and last payment in July car paid in full.June 25th I called car dealer again asking for my money or if I can choose a different car that didn't have any issues and clean Carfax. Dealer said they don't have my 8000 and that they sent everything to their lawyer. They said I should've been received papers from their legal team which I haven't received anything. I never drove the car off the lot at all now they have my money and I have nothing. They are saying I financed a car when I never had any knowledge or agreed to finance

Hello And Thank You For Contacting Us .On April 24th 2020 *** purchased a 2017 Dodge Journey Vin # ***. Ms. entered into an binding contract when she endorsed the Retail Installment Sale Contract #*** Stock # ***. Her initial investment - down payment was $4000 cash, with two agreed upon payments of $6000 due on May 24th 2020 and $6000 due on June 24th 2020. *** D *** is clearly listed as "Buyer" on the sales contract and endorsed that specific document 10 times. CarTime is listed as "Seller - Creditor" on said sales contract. The agreed upon interest rate was 0% / 60 days. Ms. signed the sale contract and all corresponding documents on April 24th 2020 and drove away with the vehicle, we have documentation of that also. She returned a short time later on April 24th 2020 she wanted the journey completely detailed before she drove the vehicle all the way back to Fresno. she said she would pick up the journey later. the detail was completed per her request she was contacted and informed, she replied she was too far away and didn't have anyone to give her a ride from Fresno to Ontario and that she would pick it up as soon as she could. on may 24th 2020 the first payment of $6000 became due we attempted to contact Ms *** and explain she was in default. On may 29th 2020 Ms. showed up unannounced at the dealership and was very upset because the journey was not "freshly detailed" we explained to her the detail was done 35 days ago and had sat untouched since April 24th 2020. she did make a payment of $4000 two thousand dollars less than the agreed upon payment of $6000 that was due on may 24th 2020 five days prior and she left very angry demanding another detail before she picks the journey back up. we have made several attempts to contact Ms. to no avail, the attempts were made to notify Ms. of her default and right to cure the default. on June 22nd 2020 a Notice Of Intent was mailed to Ms. two copies were mailed to her one certified mail receipt # *** and the other regular mail. The N.O.I. clearly gives *** the right to reinstate the contract. To date we have not heard from Ms. other than 3rd parties attempting to inquire on her behalf and now the correspondence from The Revdex.com dated 06/25/2020. We have the legal binding sale contract and all supporting documentation. California law does not provide for a cooling off period or other cancellation period for vehicle sales. therefore you cannot later cancel this contract simply because you change your mind, decide the vehicle costs too much or wish you had acquired a different vehicle. as of today 06/26/2020 Ms. is still in default for may 24th 2020 the amount of $2000 and $6000 for June 24th 2020 but is still well within the time allotted on the N.O.I. letter to reinstate the loan, we have attached all supporting documentation of everything referenced in this letter.( Its Simply Buyer Remorse ) Thank you and please feel free to contact us directly
