[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me On Wednesday, January 6th, [redacted] and myself meet with Todd, Maintenance Supervisor at Texas Marine We were shown the broken arm of the captains chair which we have been trying to get fixed or replaced per the [redacted] warranty After a good lengthy discussion, Todd agreed to again contact [redacted] over the broken arm issue and would attempt to get them to replace it or send a part that could be welded to get the chair arm working properly again We received a call from Todd today, Thursday, January 7th, that [redacted] had agreed to replace the chair and Texas Marine would install it upon arrival With that, Mr [redacted] and I agreed to pay the $price for the restrictor switch which and Texas Marine has stated they will accept the labor fee for its installation This will now prevent the [redacted] motor from being raised up so far that it touches the pontoon frame thus causing damage to the motor cover (Cow) So, with that said, I feel that we have come to agreement over this complaint and it nothing changes and we are only charged the $fee, I believe this complaint can now be closed I would also like to thank Todd of Texas Marine for his professional attitude and, in my opinion, sincere desire to find the best solution for all in this dispute

As always, it is very imprtant to us to make sure each customer feels they were treaded fairly and that they feel we care about and value their businessWe have been working with Mr*** to help make sure he gets all taken care ofWe have already been able to get him the warranty
information he was looking for and we are currently working to resolve the situation with the damaged cowling and the trim switchWe look forward to moving forward so Mr*** can enjoy his boat

As an update, our team has been continuing to discuss these issues with the manufacuturer as well as seeing what we can do to help with this situation. One of our Service Directors, Todd has reached out to Mr. [redacted] to set up a time to meet so that we can take a look with him at some items on the boat as well as discuss some ways we can help.
