Review: Ordered replacement cartridge on 2-18-16. they took my money via credit card but I never received merchandise.

I called business several times and they did not return my call. They do not have a way to contact them via e-mail.

Once a receptionist answered the phone and said she would check on it and get back with me but never did.Desired Settlement: I want the amount billed to my credit card to be reimbursed to my account.

Do not order from this company. I placed an order a month ago. I have been charged but have not received my order. They have not responded to any of my phone calls or emails. I'm very dissatisfied with their service.

Review: I bought 10 cartridges from this company and 8 of them were bad. I sent them 4-5 emails over a six week period. Called and left voice messages twice and I never got an RA# to send back the faulty products.Desired Settlement: I will send back the faulty products for a full return.

[redacted] Service...they have no problem taking your money. I ordered my product on the 30th of March and still have not received it. They sent it to Kissimmiee Florida sayin that they were unable to deliver! Why yes they are cause I am not in Florida. Now it is the 14th of April, I still don't have it. I have called and emailed this company and yet they still have not called or emailed back. Not only was this the worst customer service I have ever experienced but a waste of time. I could have ordered from someone else and already gotten it. I will never use this company again or recommend them to anyone.

Review: I purchased a full set of ink cartridges for a HL-L8350cdw Brother color printer. Cartridges leak ink which spills over into the machine and any printed pages. Any printed page is unacceptable as there are splotches of spilled ink. Cannot use the printer for any printed pages due to the splotches. Concerned I may have to take the printer in for professional cleaning due to all the ink spilled through out the machine. Emailed company twice with no response. Called once with no response. Company claims to offer 100% guarantee but will not respond to complaint of defective product.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund as well as prepaid shipping for the return of merchandise.

Review: We have tried to call several times as well as emailed them to no prevail. The Lexmark Ink Cartridge that we purchased from them leaked ink out from the time we put the new one. At which point we had to purchase new cartridges from someone else, because their (CARTRIDGE hub) cartridge was making our printed material gray from all the ink that was coming out of the cartridge. This cartridge was either defective or poor quality.Desired Settlement: We would like for them to refund the total amount of the purchase. We will gladly send back the 2nd cartridge that has not been opened yet, but we tossed the 1st one because it was such a mess. So we couldn't send that one back, but would gladly send the other one back. So it would be nice if they would let us know what we need to do to send it back after we are reimbursed for the cartridges. We are not asking for any other reimbursement of having to then order more cartridges from someone else. So that our material was in the condition that is needed.

Review: I ordered a toner for my printer. I received on 8/7/2015. I used the cartridge for approximately 3 months and began having printer problems, where the printer stopped working. After contacting [redacted] regarding the printer, they evaluated and informed me the printer was corrupt and it was caused by the toner cartridge I have used. On 1/26/16 I contacted Cartridge Hub and informed them of my issue. They emailed me a return label and asked me to return the toner. I did. I have not heard from them since. I have left 5 voice messages on their phone number, and no one returns my call. I have not received my $96.74 refund to my credit card.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund. they are lucky I am not suing them for a new printer.

This company is great as far as ordering online and sending you an acceptable product. However, if you need any customer service, you may as well forget it. So bottom line, you have to decide if a defective cartridge once in a while is worth eating based on the good prices you pay for the majority that are fine. I have emailed and called several times a day and still no response after weeks.
