Cartridge & More

On 5/19/17, I received and email that my order had shipped and a tracking number was provided To date, there has not been any updated tracking information provided and the tracking number provided is invalid It is 5/and all of my emails have gone unanswered I have attempted to call times and each time no one answers and the mailbox is full I am extremely disappointed with the crappy and In my opinion, what I've experienced appears to be fraudulent

I placed an order online in the amount of $ I received email that my order had been shipped; tracking number and order number had been given It had NOT been shippedand was waiting for UPS pickup according to the tracking number I attempted to call, left message, and no response back I received an email that it had once again been shipped because the label had been "lost" and they were using "same tracking number" My credit card has been charged and I have not received the order The order was placed 7/8/16, credit card was charged 7/11/16; as of date no order has been received; the "same" tracking number" states it is waiting for UPS pickup 7/8/

Ive been shopping at Cartridgesandmore.com for the last 4yrsI've always been happy with their cartridgesWho wouldn't? They are so reasonable!! Their shipping has been fantasticIf ever I had to call Cust Serv., the problem(?) was taken care of quicklyAfter finding C&M, I never buy from regular sitesThey can't compare to C&MI am so sorry to hear of their closing! Now where do I buy cartridges?

I placed my first time order with Cartridges and More in December 2016...I received an email stating my order had shipped and a tracking # Once the tracking # was in the system, it stated delivery date of January 3, I did not receive the order and tried calling several times only to have a recording that the mailbox was full...I emailed the business asking where the order was and was told it was on it's way I paid over $for shipping for two cartridges and I find that expensive and then not to receive my order until the 9th of January is not good business My friend ordered cartridges the day after I did, with a delivery date of January 4th and as of today, January 13th, she has not received her order and cannot reach the company by phone I received an email with a "free shipping" on my next order, which I will not order from Cartridges & More again

I have ordered from this company on a number of occasionsThey have shipped quickly and the products are greatWill definitely do business with them again
