Cartvas [redacted] *** Upland, CA To whomever it may concern at Revdex.com: OCT My name is [redacted] and I am responding to a complaint filed against my business, CartvasThe complaint ID is 12448426, flied on 10/17/The customer filed a complaint stating that we avoided communication with him and took his moneyI would like to respond to this caseIn the past couple weeks, we have had over orders on the item in question that [redacted] *** had orderedWe are a small team and a small business so this was extremely difficult for us to manageWe had over 600+ support emails in our inbox as well as an incorrectly set up phone system which caused us to miss a lot of calls and textsMr [redacted] filed the complaint on October 17th, days after he had placed the orderI checked the support email inbox and he had emailed us on October 16th (the day before the complaint) and one of my employees got around to replying on October 19thWe also sent him an email explaining why things were so busy and why shipments were getting delayed (China golden week) The customer Mr [redacted] received his tracking number for his item the day AFTER the complaint was placed, on October 18thI have attached a screenshot showing the history of his purchase and when he was provided a shipping confirmationRegarding the other reviews that customers have left us saying we "scam" and "take people's money": As stated, we are a small business and sometimes our capacity of orders over-exceeds our physical ability to act on everything ASAP! I apologize for this, this is definitely our faultWe do not try to scam the customer though and the customer is ALWAYS able to dispute the payment if they feel something was not fair and we are not able to contact for a refundMr***'s item was shipped out on October 18th, the day after the complaint was filedIf he is continued to be dissatisfied when he receives the product, we will refund him the entire cost for purchaseI have gone ahead and contacted Mr [redacted] as well explaining the situationPlease let me know if there's anything else that must be done on my side Best Regards, [redacted] [redacted] ###-###-####

CartvasVerbena Ave Upland, CA To whomever it may Concern at Revdex.com: My name is [redacted] and I am responding to a complaint filed against my business, CartvasThe complaint ID is 12595797, filed on 115/The customer filed a complaint stating that we avoided communication with him and took his moneyI would like to respond to this caseOn the next page I have shown a screenshot of his order on our side of our dashboard As yo u can see, we had sent her a shipping confirmation email days after the order was placed, as well as provided a tracking numberAfter looking into the order we had placed from our supplier, I noticed that the supplier sent the product to Texas rather than Germany somehow ( We have since gotten rid of the supplier)I have refunded [redacted] her entire $that she paid for her item, and it should show in her bank account in the next 5-business daysThe customer Mr [redacted] received his tracking number for his item the day AFTER the complaint was placed, On October 18thI have attached a screenshot showing the history of his purchase and when he was provided a shipping confirmationBest Regards, [redacted] [redacted] ###-###-####

I will gladly refund Richard his full payment, but when I went to refund on [redacted] it showed that the payment was already put on hold since he escalated it to a claim, so he will automatically be refunded through [redacted] in a few days (it gave me no option to refund) Best Regards, [redacted]

complaint that we did not accept her return request, and this is true, the notification had never showed up on our dashboard and we never saw the automated email for it! I have gone ahead and refunded Wanda here entire cost for the order and will let her keep the productPlease let me know if there's anything else I must do! Attached is a screenshot of her order with us

I am rejecting this response because:
I called and left voice mails with Cartvas, send three emails, and sent several *** instant messagesAll of my attempts to communicate with Cartvas have been ignoredCartvas also has ignored *** request for more information for many days now, so my money is being kept in limbo until their lack of response times out in the *** system and I win my *** judgement by default Cartvas was not willing to voluntarily authorize my refundThe money has still not been released

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12595797, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.The refund appeared on my account yesterday (1/23/18) and I consider this instance (order #6287) resolved.Thank you
