Anytime a golf cart is brought into our shop for service we always inform the customer that they will be charges a $round trip charge, an $shop supply fee and a minimum of one hour labor at $75. This labor fee is charged as a diagnostic fee and will also cover any labor
required for repair up to one hour. In order to diagnose any issues with the cart and to do any work within that hour, we will typically contact a customer if required for any work exceeding the one hour base. This customer claims that we did nothing but air up here tires. It is only on a test drive that we can begin to spot the issues that exist. As we drove the cart we saw the customers concerns and saw that her tires we dramatically under inflated by lbs per tireGolf carts do not have power steering so this under inflation will cause a lousy ride, noise, and poor steering as well as wear out their tiresWe also lubed the cart as part of our service. We clearly did more that just air her tires. This customer lives at least miles and minutes from our shop so that our truck/ trailer and driver must make one way trips to service her cart I really do not see how the customer has any issue with our charge and in fact I even called her personally told her about the issue we found . I is never my intention to overcharge my customer but the total invoice charge with tax was $with only a $labor charge. This invoice remains open as the customer refused to pay it

Your claim that we only aired up your tires is a gross misrepresentation of the work that we performed. Before we could Identify any issue with your cart we had to test drive and inspect your vehicleWe did in fact check the cart and found no major issues other than your tires which were dramatically under inflated, with less than half of the recommended air pressure required- Not only was this a cause for noise, steering and even safety issues this under inflation, and will cause dramatic tire wear. The cart is not a new cart but there appears to be nothing more than wear on the cart. As we dropped off you cart you even commented to our driver that the noise was gone The one hour labor charge with any cart pick up is a standard fee on any of our invoices. Even If as you claim you were never notified of this minimum charge I have a copy of the pickup sheet that you signed as we picked up you cartThis sheet the clearly lists this charge with your signature on the sheet. It is noted on the document yet you claim that you were over charged and never aware of this charge As I cannot attach this document to this site the Revdex.com has a copy of it in their files and can verify that it does exist. I will mail you a copy I do my best to keep our charges to a minimum but I honestly cannot come close to covering my expenses making round trips to your house over miles away from our shop with a driver, truck and gas fees for only $This is not realistic even before I include any labor fee for work done on your cart. Our $trip fee is designed only to be a service for our customers and does not completely cover our costs especially with bigger carts as your seater Gem is or on distances > thanmiles such as your vehicleWhile we did as we promised and delivered your cart per our agreement, instead we are called dishonest and bad business people. This is the absolute worst service experience I have ever had. No estimates, just a part cost and a "it won't be much to put it in". Then they hit you with extremely high bill once they say work is completed AFTER 4 WEEKS. Returned cart to me in worse condition than received. They put it back together with all the wiring wrong. They took it back to repair their mistakes and were supposed to give me a refund on the bimini top they made that was complete junk and did not fit properly. They kept it for another three weeks, dropped it off with another bill for over $1000 to fix the errors that they caused in the first place. No refund on the bimini. Now they sent me to collections. The golf cart was still not working properly and I had to take it to another shop to get it operating again. BEWARE!!!!!!
