for his to Family conversion Original conversion was filed by a different architect or applicantWe are only responsible for the fire sprinkler system To begin with, a Hydrant Flow Test request was submitted to the NYC DEP, in order to initiate the sprinkler design system, on 11/**/and results from DEP were obtained on 1/**/The sprinkler design was completed by our engineer and submitted to our client for his reference on 02/**/ After completion of the design system, we filed the plans as part of the original conversion application so that our client can facilitate the sign-off process & did not have to issue additional plumbing permits for this project The (4) meetings that we had with the NYC DOB examiner were disapproved not because of our sprinkler design, but as a result of his original conversion architect not amending his plans & paperwork to reflect the as-built changes Therefore, we have helped our client process amendments on his plans not part of our scope, and as soon as his conversion architect makes the necessary changes to his plans & paperwork, we should be able to approve his sprinkler application If you have any questions or comments, please don;t hesitate to contact us Sincerely, Jorge EC***, RA *** *** *** ***

Review: Mr. C[redacted] has had our sprinkler plans since November, 2014. He does not seem knowledgeable about the process and does not know how to handle this situation. Our engineer keeps making appointments with the building department to complete the process, but Mr. C[redacted] cancels every appointment because "he is not ready."A contract was signed and payment was accepted by Mr. C[redacted].Desired Settlement: We demand that either Mr. C[redacted] finish the job for which he was paid for: file the Sprinkler Application and obtain signoff, or refund payment in full so that we may find a competent architect to complete the job.
