Will not return my trade after asking to send my car back
Carvana guarantees return of your vehicle if not happy with it it’s decided within 10 days. Day one I received my purchase a vehicle and traded in my SUV. Day two I exercise my right to return my vehicle and ask for my trade-in ASAP it is now been six days and they now tell me my car has been relocated more than 1000 miles away and they’re not sure when they can return it to me. Carvana stinks beware do not buy a car from Carvana they lie on every phone call and they never return their promised calls. They escalate complaints to supervisors and the supervisors never respond I still have the purchase a vehicle I can’t drive it because if I get into a car accident they will not take it back. In return they cannot promise me my trade-in vehicle back. I am at a loss as what to do. I’ve now called the attorney general .

Worst car buying experience to date (20 years buying cars)
I'll preface this review with the fact that I had two previous purchases with carvana that were smooth. This latest attempt at a purchase out of the Chamblee center has been a disaster and by far the worst experience buy a vehicle that I've ever had. Carvana has set at least 5 delivery appointments for the Tesla and every one has not resulted in a delivery. Originally they found an issue with the battery and sent it to Tesla for repair. Makes sense. They got it back and scheduled another delivery - except they then call minutes prior to the delivery to say there is a trunk issue. That should have been found during an initial inspection and repaired at the same time it went to Tesla previously. Carvana then continued to schedule deliveries. I sat around and waited for the next delivery only to have to call them at 30 minutes late to find out that it was still not repaired. They scheduled another delivery to once again find out it was still not repaired. We are now at the day of a scheduled delivery 10/20 after the manager assured me it was ready for delivery today and they have called again and said it needs to go back to Tesla. They now want me to take delivery and then take it to Tesla myself because it'll be faster. I'm amazed at the lack of clarity on how awful this experience has been for someone spending a decent amount of money with them. Their only consolation has been that they will provide a $750 check one the 7day window is closed after taking receipt of the vehicle. Please run. Nightmare.

FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They delayed the order three weeks for a part that was never installed. The car was never checked like they claim... immediately needed an oil change and spark plugs but then didn't pass emissions which is illegal to sell a car that wont pass emissions. Then the car broke down. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM CARVANA THEY ARE THIEVES

Bait & SWITCH
These guys are masterful bait & switch. They gave me $17,000 for my Rogue Sport but then delayed the delivery then dropped the value of my car by $2K because “the algorithms”.

No, when you have a contract you don’t get to just shove it to ppl.

WASTE OF TIME & NO GENUINE INTENT TO RESOLVE ISSUES
MY CHEVY TRUCK WAS ACCEPTED TO BE BOUGHT BY CARVANA ON 19TH APRIL 2021 AND WAS TO BE PICKED UP TODAY AT 11.30AM.
THE PERSON SHOWED UP & HE DID NOT HAVE ANY DRESS OF CARAVAN'S NAME ON IT .
HE HAD DOCUMENTS WHICH I WAS SIGNING & HALF WAY THROUGH I FOUND THAT THE PAYMENT DUE TO ME AFTER THE PAY OFF TO THE LIEN HOLDER WAS ABSOLUTELY INCORRECT AS THEY ALSO PLUGGED IN A WRONG AMOUNT TO THE LIEN HOLDER. SO, I STPPED IN THE TRACKS AND DID NOT GO THROUGH WITH THE TRANSACTION- THE PERSON THAT SHOWED UP FOR THE PICK UP CALLED MS. BRITTANY WHO, TO SAY THE LEAST, WAS DISCOURTEOUS , CONSTANTLY SPOKE OVER ME & NEVER SHOWED COURTESY & REAL INTENT TO RESOVE THE ISSUE- SHE BROGHT UP THE ISSUE OF SOME EXPIRED OFFER & OLD DOCUMENTS- IF THAT WAS THE CASE, THEY COULD HAVE ASKED FOR IT BEFORE SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE PICK UP- I WAS REASDY WITH THE ORIGINAL TITELE AS WELL AS WHATEVER THAT THEIR LATEST E MAIL OF 19TH APRIL ASKED FOR .
I SHORT, LOUSY SERVICE, WASTING MY TIME, SHOWING DISRESPECT AND NOT A SCINTILLA OF EARNESTNESS TO AMICABLY RESOLVE THER PROBLEM, WHICH AS A VETERAN BANKER OF MORE THAN FORTY YEARS I KNOW COULD HAVE BEEN SOLVED IN FIVE MINUTES.
SO MUCH BLUSTER AND BAD FAITH ADVERTISING CLAIMING TO DO CLOSING OF DEALS SMOOTHLY. DISORGANIZED COMPANY & POOR STAFF QUALITY- THEY DO NOT PICK UP CALLS & WHEN SOMEONE PICKS UP LIOKE " STAR" DID, SHE SAID SOMEONE WILL COME BACK IN TWO MINUTES, BUT NONE DID EVEN AFTER 25 MINUTES & I WAS DROPPED OFF THE CALL.
SHAMEFUL EXPERIENCE AT THE HANDS OF A GLOATING & VAINGLORIOUS OUTFIT LISTED IN THE NY STOCK EXCHANGE

Horrible customer service
Since we have taken receipt of our car the customer service has been horrible. As a result it’s been three months and we still don’t have plates and title, and we’ve been driving with expired temporary plates. Every week it’s a new problem in the process, one they have admitted several times to us needs to improve. Get your car elsewhere, it’s not worth it. It’s not as simple as they make it seem.

I purchased a car online. Carvana states: We put each vehicle through a 150-point inspection so that you can be 100% confident in the quality and safety of your vehicle. This inspection includes everything from tread depth of tires to thickness of brake pads to exterior paint quality to Bluetooth compatibility. Certain cars may be subject to open safety recalls with no currently available remedy.
2017 Subaru Forester with 11,000 miles total price with all fees: $21,472. I traded my car $14038 and cash $7434 on July 11, 2020. Signed all the paperwork which has a CARFAX history print out stating: " the owner is a corporate fleet in Texas, yearly mileage 3900, Guaranteed no problem (salvage/junk/rebuilt/fire/FLOOD/hail/lemon. No issues reported (total loss/structural damage/airbag deployment/odometer check /accident/damage) and the warranty expired. Vehicle was purchased 5/27/17 in Texas on 3/10/19 serviced and smog with mileage 8854, on 5/1/19 registration issued or renewed, passed safety inspection, on 5/13/20 vehicle sold with 11686 mileage, 6/2/20Carvana offered vehicle for sale, 11691 miles, 6/26/20 smoged 11738 miles, 7/8/20 vehicle offered for sale.
I drove the car for a few days and loved it. I was told this car has everything I wanted and fully loaded. It was not fully loaded, but I was okay with that. I loved the car. I only received one key and thought I should get another since I am older and having a 2nd key is a good idea and I also wanted a dash cover. I made an appointment with the Subaru dealership near me. Everyone there was so nice. They said I got a great deal and they could not find something on their lot that could compare. They also offered me a 9 year 100000 mile warranty for $3500 and gave me 2 days to think about it. I also decided to get my car checked out just in case. Bill for that was $559.00.
After it was over they told me I could not get the warranty. They reported: Tehnican performed multi point inspection on car. Found ALL components underneath car to be covered in rust. About 3/5 rust level. Will cause issues down the road. Everything else is in the green margin. Differential, exhaust system, steering, suspension, shocks, fluid leaks, frame (visual) were all checked off and rusted.
I was in shock. I contacted Carvana and they told me to call Silver Rock the warranty Administrator. Silver Rock told me I needed to have the dealership contact them. I wrote the phone number down and told this to the Subaru agent. He was also confused. He asked me if I actually wanted this vehicle repaired. The bolts were all rusted which makes any repairs extremely difficult due to more damage that can occur by bolts being rusted into the parts. I said it was not for me to decide. I paid them and left in a daze. This was all on July 15, 2020.
When I got home I contacted Carvana and told them what happened. The agent actually asked me if I wanted to start repairs and what I would have to pay with the warranty. I said I could not keep such a damaged vehicle. It would be in the shop more than on the road. “Well mame what do you want me to do?: Repair, replace or refund. I said I wanted replaced. He then said there were no 2017 Subaru Foresters available. I complained about being sold a defective vehicle when Carvana had to have known of this damage and did not disclose. He got snippy with me and kept throwing it back on me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he would note all we spoke of and that I would have to call back the next day to see what the reply would be. The 7 day return was just coming up in 2 days. I was afraid if I did not get my trade in back by then, I would be stuck with the lemon. So, he scheduled to pick up the lemon car and bring my car back on 7/17/20. He said that I would get my money redeposit back into my account eventually. I said I at least wanted the $559 I had to pay for a car I cannot keep. Oh no no no. No refunds for me. I was exhausted and could not argue any more.
The next day I spoke to Beth and she was very kind. She looked at the notes and all it said was I wanted to get money back for a key I purchased. OMG. So, I told Beth the story and I was so upset I couldn’t speak correctly and she translated my babbling to what I tried to say and read it back to me. She understood my frustration and did say they do have policies which I understood. However, policies are for honest deals and not fraud. She said a supervisor would contact me that day. Allie called me at 4:21 pm. All she did was recite policy. No refunds for key or inspections on the car. If the car was what Carvana claimed then I would have not requested a refund. I would keep the key and the inspection would have been what I expected. But that was not this case. She cut me off and said there was nothing else she could do and also asked if I wanted to keep the car and have repairs started.
I do not really want my car back as it has become too difficult to get in and out. I needed a larger car. I spent weeks looking and researching makes and models and prices and features. I am just so upset that I was taken advantage of and I know others will be sold a clean damaged junk car. They won’t find out until the 100 day warranty by caravan runs out. This has to be criminal.

I must say the whole experience has been very disappointing. We kept the 2019 Toyota Camry with 1500 miles on it...but that is where things get strange. I noted to Carvana we wanted the car but would like a paint overspray repair that they had done to be fixed. They gave us their insurance info but they are totally unavailable to do any work in the area where we live. We waited the full 7 days and still thought we had a great deal even if they could not fix the problem. After about 1300 miles of driving I noticed oil on my driveway so I took the car to Toyota and they saw that Carvana had changed the oil and used an after market oil filter plus they over filled with oil...hence the leak. Not that bad but I didn't like paying 63.22 for an oil issue that should never have been an issue in the first place. This really makes me concerned about their lack of skill and the false advertising about their exceptional inspections on all cars! I will never recommend them and I will never buy a car from them again...fool me once. They will not make it in this country doing business this way because the world is changing as to consumer awareness and also companies who really are exceptional.

The initial process was great. I found the car I was looking for with the features I liked. The financing terms were simple to understand and competitive. I bought the car and was excited for the next steps. That is where everything fell apart. I was given a tentative date for the delivery and was informed that more info was to come. I received a request for proof of an address change as well as my drivers license for the completion of the transaction. I let 2 days pass with no follow up from Carvana even though the website showed everything was complete. I called and was able to confirm that they had everything they needed. I asked if they had any updates on the delivery and she stated that the delivery was scheduled for Sunday and that the transporter would contact me with a delivery window. I also received a confirmation email from Carvana stating the exact same thing. The delivery was scheduled for July 7th at 12 P.M. I ensured that my schedule was clear for the delivery, as it was confirmed via phone and email with Carvana. On the day of July 7th I received a call from Carvana at 11, 1 hour before the delivery time saying "We made a mistake your car isn't being delivered today". It turns out multiple customers received false information about deliveries as their was a system issue. Carvana had not even processed my down payment and even worse the final inspection had not even been completed. They assured me that the inspection would happen quickly and the delivery scheduled. After a lot of back and forth communication via chat and text the inspection was scheduled for the 8th. The inspection didn't happen until the 11th and there was no real reason as to why other then oops we must have messed that up as well. I was also told that my delivery would be a priority due to all of the mistakes. Keep in mind not once did they offer to discount or refund the delivery charge for all of this. After 2 more days they provided a delivery window of 07/22-07/23. On the 18th I received another text that stated sorry the carrier didn't pick up the vehicle and now the delivery might be the 29th or 30th. I received an apology that said we just aren't great at covering all the parts of the country right now. That 's a major understatement. I asked for a supervisor during one of the multiple sessions and I was told that our supervisors are "pretty darn important people and no one was available until the following day". Seriously? I had 0 confidence that I would ever receive the car. They stuck to the new delivery date of the 29th or 30th. On the 21st I receive a call from the carrier telling me he had the car and I could come pick it up in the neighboring state that was 25 miles away. The car is supposed to be delivered to your front door! I tried reaching out to Carvana but the wait time was over an hour. I went and met the transporter and confirmed it was the right vehicle. The car was a disaster inside and out. I understand the outside being dirty since it sat on a transporter but the inside was full of dirt and dust. The windshield still had grease pen writing on it probably from the inspection process. There were half scraped off stickers on all of the windows and 2 of the tires were missing stem caps. The car was supposed to have a temporary tag as well which it did not. I finally reached someone at Carvana and they emailed me a temp tag that I had to print out and attach. Here's the best part, Carvana had absolutely no clue that the car was picked up much less in my possession. How do you not know where a car is? I informed them of everything and there was no real response outside of "oh wow". The following day I get a direct text and email from Carvana saying congratulations your car has been picked up and is on the way to your front door! Unreal that even after me telling them I had the car, sending them pictures that I had the car, that they still had no clue that I had the car. The customer service is terrible. The lack of accurate communication is embarrassing. How as a company that does nothing but buy, sell, and deliver cars not have any clue where one of their cars were? I have been in management for over 15 years with 7 of that being with a major dealership and this was by far the worst experience I have ever heard of, much less had to be a part of. There was no sense of urgency or desire to correct the multiple mistakes other then sorry about your luck. I did receive a $50 gift card to clean up and detail my car. Thanks for that I guess. I'm currently in the registration process which I'm sure won't go smoothly either. The only good thing I can say is that the car is nice. I guess even a blind squirrel finds a nut sometimes. Needless to say this is my first and last purchase with Carvana and I will ensure that I let everyone I can know how terrible it was and how I was treated.

I wish I had read this review before I entered into buying a car with carvana I have suffered similar experiences and very sudden and heightened at this whole concept I really wish that these reviews could have made more readily available for people before entering into an agreement with caravana

Bait and Switch - I picked out a Lexus RX350 with the desired options. During the sales process, I copied, from their website, all options listed for the car. Upon arrival of the car and during my inspection/driving I found the following options that were advertised on their website missing from the car: blind spot monitoring, navigation system, moon roof and towing package. I suspect that the parking sensor option was missing. When I reported these issues, they apologized for the "improper annotation" on their web site and offered me $100.00, if I chose to keep the car, for this oversight. The only good thing I can say about them is the 7 day money back guarantee. Needless to say I'm returning the car.

I cannot star the review yet as my purchase is still in process. After reading these reviews, BBB reviews and some reviews here and there on other sites I am staying on top of the process and really hoping the experience is good and smooth.

So far - each person I have spoken with has been pleasant and informative to a certain level. I spent about two hours between phone and computer to get everything required for an approval with the exception of insurance which I submitted the next day for “clearance to deliver” approval. (The car has to be insured with proof of insurance provided prior to releasing for delivery which felt odd prior to owning the car but it appears a mandate for them to have the plates and registration done)

My delivery date is this Friday, July 19 at 1:30. I am praying this happens as I have read several reviews where delivery was delayed by days to weeks. That would totally mess me up as I will no longer have a car so I am hopeful they honor the schedule. I will update this review to advise.

I have an outstanding finance question that is outlined in the contract I was advised they would need to defer to their legal department who they also advised will not speak to customers nor offer further clarity in writing. This is unsettling as the finance/contract question centers on prepayment penalty. I suffered crippling health issues for a period of time that affected my ability to work and earn adequate income for my bills which caused a credit score that has been in the upper 700’s-800’s for decades to tank into the mid 500’s. The interest rate I will be financing this car is painful, but at least I will have a car and Carvana was willing to work with me, which I appreciate. A key piece that seems vague in the contract is if I am able to pay this car loan off of at least significantly down in advance of the 72 month schedule will I only owe the original loan amount and interest to date or would I still owe the full projected interest as though I had the car for 72 months regardless. I have taken plenty of no penalty for pre pay loans in my life but the wording in the contract is a bit different and therefore I seek that clarity as I would love to
pay off a 19% loan in advance if the opportunity presents itself to spare myself paying that interest rate for the full loan duration or expected as one lump payment in early payoff. The contract is clear “no prepayment penalty” however, in another area of the contract the compounded total interest over a 72 month loan is added into the base loan and noted as “scheduled payments”. In that box that total is tacking on $11,000 to a $16,000 base loan. The total in that box is $27,000 and change. This is an important piece to have clarity on. If I pay off early I understand I will not have a “prepayment penalty” but I would appreciate complete clarity that that also means the payoff would not be based on $27.000 but rather the initial loan and interest to date of payoff. I have not been able to get a straight answer on this and it appears no one is willing to put anything in writing, which is unsettling.

The odometer is also off. The picture on the website shows 400 miles less than they put in the contract. I’m being told I have to sign the contract as is or they will cancel my delivery. I’m simply asking for contractual accuracy and then I have no issues signing. In response, they are telling me they will have an “odometer addendum” at the time of delivery. We all know oral representations are meaningless with the contract trumping. Feel like I’m being put into a corner with the fact that I need this car delivered on time (and very hopeful in the condition presented) with threat it won’t if I don’t sign the contract in advance but they at least at this point do not appear willing to clarify the interest question with finance and rather suggested I pay a lawyer to explain whether my fear is justified with payoff and sign off on an odometer reading in the contract that contradicts the odometer reading pictured with the car on the website by 400 miles.

Hopefully this will all be rectified on Monday, but their offices are closed for the weekend and they are on California time with myself in
New York. They gave me a deadline of 11am to sign the contract on Monday or my delivery will be rescheduled (which I need the car Friday or I’m car-less) with their offices just opening at that point as they open at 8am Pacific time - not seeing the window for clarification on these questions since we did not get through the approval until after hours eastern time on Friday. I asked them if they post this clarity on prepayment on their website but they do not. It’s an important clarification as if I payoff in a year it could mean I still owe them an additional 10k in interest if they are in fact still applying the interest as though the loan went through the entire 72 month term and just considering the “no prepayment penalty” the notion of charging an additional penalty beyond that for an early payoff. I would like to just attach the screen shot pic I have of the odometer reading and cross out their 400+ mile change to this number reflected in the contract but have a feeling they will void the contract if I do that - which again brings me back to either not making the delivery date, which I can’t afford to have happen. This type of pressure to sign a contract that is clearly in error and has need for clarification but appears I have to pay a lawyer to gain rather than a simple discussion with their legal or finance department seems a bit shady with contractual law practice.

The other unsettling part is if you send the car back you are out the delivery charge (which can fluctuate - mine is $299). In addition, while having 7 days to have the car checked is a big perk over used cars purchased otherwise, the down payment can take a few weeks to be returned. I need that $2500 as a down payment to get a loan with my credit lacking right now. That could easily mean another two weeks without a car.

I’ll keep you posted on how this rolls. I’m shaky but I’m hanging in and hoping all goes well. If it does, I will share great reviews throughout all sites like this one. The clarity I need on finance seems basic to understand and a change on the contract to accurate mileage also seems quite reasonable. Praying this car is in good shape mechanically and physically when it arrives. I will have a full inspection done during the 7 day window as not only for myself, I have a 10 year old who trusts her safety in my decisions. Really hoping my update is a stellar one in favor of Carvana. Will keep you posted. So far I can give two stars as the customer service experience to date has been 5 star, I have to say, but too much outstanding in the moment to add more.

One other note- underwriting asked for my bank PIN number when going through the fund verification process. I have never had anyone ask me for that and changed it immediately after our call. That seemed odd.

Carvana had offered me an on-demand car and truly not explain that it would take a month to get the car fixed. They explain that the car would be delivered by May 27th thru June 3rd. The care never came. I called 2 weeks in a roll when a woman finally tells me that the car would not be ready for another 2 weeks maybe. Two weeks pass and again no car. I continued to call and the part finally came in 2 weeks later. So now the car is done. I can't get the car because my pay stubs are 35 days outdated. Well, I waited on this car and could not get to work because I'm waiting on this car. So now I lose my job and don't have a car. Thank Carvana. I could have been doing something else to get a car instead of waiting for you. My job was so patient with me continuing to say oh it's coming. You could have called and said hey the car part is taking to long so do something else. Please do not do a car on demand. They lie to you.

We had a vehicle delivered on February 15th. It was falsely advertised as an automatic transmission, and when it arrived, it was manual transmission. There was also a crack in the windshield & the air bag light was on. After contacting customer service multiple times, we were told to take it to a repair shop. The repair shop referred us to the dealership. This process took two weeks to be resolved, with another handful of calls to Carvana to get the issues resolved. I spoke with a supervisor who offered me compensation for the aggravation & promised a check would be mailed. That was on February 28th. In the meantime, we were told to have an emissions & state inspection completed. Then, using the FedEx mailing label, ship the receipts back to Carvana. We would receive reimbursement for these inspections, along with Carvana submitting the documents to the DMV for the registration and tags, since it was already included in the price of the car. We mailed that paperwork on February 22nd, and it was received by Carvana, confirmed with the FedEx tracking number on February 25th. On March 20th, I called customer service again. We had not received the reimbursement for the inspections, our registration or tags from the DMV or the compensation for all this aggravation. Our temporary tags were expiring on March 31st and we had not received any sort of deliveries as promised. After speaking to a representative, it appears that only then, almost a MONTH after we had mailed in our receipts for inspections, the process to register the vehicle began. We received a text message notification after the customer service call later that day as proof of the initiated process. However, based on the estimated processing time, we were not going to receive our license plates and registration in time! After contacting customer service again on March 27th, we arranged for a rental car once the tags were expired, meaning we could not legally operate the car. It is ridiculous that multiple hours were spent on the phone trying to negotiate a convenient option for this problem. Again, it is still unclear what happened, when we submitted the appropriate documentation with more than 30 days for processing time. Furthermore, I also asked about the $250 “aggravation” check I had not received, which was supposedly issued on February 28th. I was promised that check would be canceled, a new one reissued and sent Fedex overnight. When I did not receive it within three days, I called again & was promised the same thing again. I spoke to two different supervisors about the delay with this check & I still did not receive a check after being promised an overnight delivery TWICE. Then I was told, after calling a third time in two weeks, that the check had been sent on March 29th, but through the postal service and would take another 10-15 business days to arrive. Even though I was promised the check to arrive overnight by two different supervisors. From the delivery of the vehicle to the time it took to process all the paperwork, receive reimbursements, repair all the damaged items and contact customer service approximately 20 times, two months passed. Next time, we will spend the three hours at a dealership & not have to deal with such inconsistencies and shady business practices. Interestingly enough, each time I called, their automated system stated that the calls were being recorded for quality assurance. If I were Carvana, I would use these exact situations to train their employees to follow the necessary customer service and quality control guidelines. Our experience with Carvana was absolutely horrendous.

Ordering my car on Carvana was way too easy…but my experience changed dramatically as soon as they had me hooked.

The website indicated the car was a premium color - “Cardinal Red Metallic” (rather than a bright “MARS Red”) and had leather seats. The Customer Service Rep (CSR) confirmed that the vehicle was Cardinal Red Metallic (it was unclear from the Carvana photo) and told me that Carvana did not have the original Invoice for the car. I ordered the car Friday afternoon for delivery the following Wednesday and was advised that I could verify my payment by uploading a copy of a Certified Check on Monday.

A few hours later, and two more times over the next 24 hours, I was jerked around by three different Carvana underwriters, each of whom tried to accelerate the Monday deadline for confirmation of my funds (threatening to delay my Wednesday delivery). One underwriter even left me a voicemail at 2:30 pm Saturday stating that I only had until 9 pm Saturday to confirm my funds, but that we could arrange a three-way call with my bank that afternoon. (How many US banks are open Saturday afternoon?). The initial Monday commitment was ultimately honored after multiple frustrating conversations. A Team Leader took over my purchase process after acknowledging that the Monday funds confirmation deadline should have been honored.

The car showed up on Wednesday as initially scheduled. However, it was the wrong color (i.e, the bright MARS Red rather than the Cardinal Red Metallic listed on the website and previously double-checked by the CSR). The car also had MB Tech (VINYL) seats rather than the advertised leather. The CSR who delivered the car appeared genuinely concerned with the delivery error and my experience with the underwriters. He promised that I would be contacted later that day in an effort to correct the situation.

No one should be surprised that, after five days, I have not been contacted by anyone at Carvana. However, Carvana found the time to relist the car on their website… with the same erroneous description as CARDINAL RED METALLIC with LEATHER SEATS. The website even has a link to the previously unavailable Original Invoice indicating that the vehicle is MARS RED with VINYL SEATS.

Carvana’s motto is “Because Car Buying Shouldn’t Suck.” They are correct, car buying should not suck, but Carvana appears incapable of living up to that motto. I suspect that Carvana will drop in their customary self-serving reply comments after this post apologizing for the experience (on-line, rather than to me directly) and suggesting that they have addressed their shortcomings with me. Believe that, and the Carvana motto, at your peril.

Just got an email that the car was damaged. It will be 2 weeks to fix but they will give me $150 for the trouble seriously. This is supposed to be an easy experience not an inconvenience. They didn’t even call just sent an email. Now I have to rearrange my transportation while I wait.

It was the worse experience we have through don't use this company at all you will waste your time the car had scratches all sides of car we picked out on line only they showed one little scratched on the pictures when it got here it looked like it was in a car zone we did not except it so DONT waste your time dealing with this company you will go through tons of stress that's not needed in your life

Carvana needs to update those who are approved for finance to include if you do not have a credit score you will be rejected. I found out after a few weeks of searching and finding a car. Then through verification and bank check and doc uploads during purchase they drop that on me that sure was a let down if I knew ahead of time I won’t of tried. Thanks for the ride.
