Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolvedIn closing this account I’d just like to state that there were adults standing at the counter upon ordering this appliance and we all understood that we’d have the dishwasher in 5-daysWe couldn’t all have misunderstoodIf the owner of the business had better customer service skills when I called, this all would have been avoided“I guess you’re going to have dish pan hands for a while longer,” was not the proper response from her when questioned about deliveryHappy to say that we received a new dishwasher promptly from another business, and their customer service was great Regards, *** [redacted]

On October 16th 2017, *** and [redacted] ordered a white [redacted] Dishwasher from us and upon ordering knew it wasn't something we had in stock The customers were told that the ordering process would take 5-business days for us to receive the dishwasher from the manufacturer The following Monday which was the fifth business day, *** called the store looking for her dishwasher I informed her it would be in on Wednesday and we would call her when it came off the truck to set up an installation She asked if I could set the appointment up in advance, and I informed her we couldn't due to the fact if the dishwasher came in damaged we would of wasted an appointment The customer called back afterwards and started to yell at one of our employees, claiming we were wrong with our time frame and she wanted her dishwasher asap After a few minutes of her yelling at our employee, we informed her that it in fact had only been the fifth business day, and Wednesday when the dishwasher was due in would be the seventh She became very aggressive with us, so we gave her the option of cancelling her order and would be giving a full refund She said no, and stated she wanted to continue with order On Wednesday (the seventh business day), I gave the customers a call as soon as the truck came in, and talked to [redacted] to schedule the installation We scheduled it for Monday, which was our very next dishwasher installation *** called back and left us a message, asking for it to be delivered sooner and she would no longer be doing any business with us I called her back on Friday ( I was out of the office on Thursday), and explained to *** we held up our end of the order, and received the dishwasher between the 5-business days She responded with she misinterpreted me with the prior statement I also explained to her she was the first customer called off the order that came in, so she would get the first available date She became agitated with us once again, so I decided to cancel her order and refunded her credit card the full amount

Refrigerator was delivered on 7/29/ After a week the customer came in claiming the refrigerator seemed "louder than it should be" Customer was informed that a manufacturer warranty was included with his purchase He was given all the information to contact the manufacturer
and was asked to keep in contact with us and inform us as to what the factory servicer found Three (3) months later the customer phoned us and said he had several factory service representatives visit his home and the problem he claimed to be having was still unresolved He stated that the servicer called the factory and reported the appliance to be unfixable, yet the factory stated for the servicer to try again Our associate that answered the phone told the customer that we, Carver Appliance, would try calling the manufacturer to see what could be done for the customer The next day we came in to find a Revdex.com complaint, filed hours after we spoke, by this customer along with derogatory postings on the internet The store manager called the customer immediately and he stated that we "didn't call him back fast enough" He was informed that when calling the manufacturer we can't "snap" our fingers and get a response from any manufacturer I explained that turn around time is somewhere between 24-hours *** then seemed to understand we were not ignoring him As we continued to speak longer, it seemed that there was a lot of confusion on ***'s behalf First, in his complaint to the Revdex.com, he stated he made it known to us that the "problem" with the refrigerator was made known to us the day it was delivered, but yet when we spoke on the phone he told me that it was a week later Second, his review online stated when he talked to us, we wouldn't help him When in fact, we hadn't talked with this customer months prior to that review His complaints should be directed towards *** and not us Their factory technicians deemed this refrigerator non-repairable, and are refusing to replace We the selling dealer don't have the authority he is looking for, and only *** does

We couldn’t all have misunderstood. If the owner of the business had better customer service skills when I called, this all would have been avoided. “I guess you’re going to have dish pan hands for a while longer,” was not the proper response from her when questioned about delivery. Happy to say that we received a new dishwasher promptly from another business, and their customer service was great.
