To whom it may concern, Thank you for your prompt reply to our message through the Revdex.com. After reading your reply, the situation is much more clear and we sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding. Our frustration stemmed from both a significant miscommunication between those of us living at the delivery location, and from a shock at the damage to our property(We have had numerous other large trucks deliver gravel and mulch to the property and never before had an issue.)Most of our communication has been by text messages, which unfortunately are not the best at making it easy to understand each other's perspective and this led to much of the difficulty in the matter.Now with a better understanding of the situation, the scheduling conflict makes a great deal more sense, where previously it felt as if we were just being brushed off and not listened to.We very much appreciate MrJ***'s offer of a load of gravel, and recognize that it is a good faith offer that he was under no obligation to make. We would still like to schedule a delivery for some time soon, but now understand much more of the difficultiesIf there is a day sometime soon that would work for you, please let us know and we will ensure that someone is at the residenceWe apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this all has caused you.Thank you very much for your time, we look forward to working with you in the future

Customers Statement Rebuttal:Our Driver said there were no friends there at the time, just her sonOur dispatch(Jessica) received the first call from Mrs***, when Jessica asked a few questionsshe could hear the son in the background saying he gave permission to the driver to gooff the graveled
round- a -bout to get out because they were going to be tearing out thatsection anyway.Mrs*** talked to the owner, Stacy J*** and he did offer to get some rock out toher to make up for the rut in her flowerbed, she then called continually to get the rockdelivered, but what she was not willing to understand is that we are a very smallcompany with only dump trucks and orders backed up about weeks outWe cannotcall a customer on the schedule and tell them there delivery will be pushed further outbecause our customers are on tight time frames with their projectsThis has been avery wet spring and with the weight of the dump truck its inevitable that ruts will be left.Carver Rock is still willing to give Mrs *** a free load of rock, but there are nodeliveries on the weekends and we cannot send our trucks out to Oregon City at 3:00.This is the whole problem, we cannot agree on a time of deliveryWhen rock was offered to her (free load) it was a "good gesture"On the Invoice thatwas signed upon delivery it clearly states that"Our service is curb delivery only and we will not assume responsibility for anydamage caused by trucks when required to make delivery anywhere off a pavedstreet or roadway"Truck Driver Jesse D***When I arrived at the delivery address I stopped the truck and got out to talk to theyoung man about where he wanted the load of rockWe walked back and he showedme where to dump the pileI then told him I needed to tum around in the tight drivewayand that the truck will need to get off of the rock a little and might sink in the dirtHe toldme it was fine and that they have plans on filling in the center of the driveway with rockanywaySo I did my best to stay on the gravel driveway by doing a twelve point tum.After I got turned around I carefully backed up and dumped the loadNobody at anytime asked me to wait for them to move vehicles and the vehicles there were not in thewayYes I sunk in the mud right off the edge of the gravel, but I was told it was ok
