Please see the attached regarding *** ***, this was mailed out on Friday, September 25thWhen you and I spoke on Thursday you mentioned *** stated we had neglected coming during half of March and June when they were
out of townIt rained a good portion of the time they were gone and honestly it was simply an oversightOur company had many exterior painting jobs to schedule after the weeks of rain, and it was never intentional for us to stop over to their place*** had left a very abrupt voice message on our office answering machine in late April, and Ric went right over thereOne other item Ric wanted to let you know that we had power washed and then hand scraped because they didn't think it was good enough, which caused her original paint to peel! The product we used was Arbor coat the best product on the market
It seemed to be in our best interest to reimburse them half for the washing and painting of the deck that was billed July
