I will be happy with Carville repairing my irrigation and replacing all sod they removed. I also accept that they will troubleshoot and repair the leaking water feature. I am still waiting for the items mentioned in the September letter and the remaining items from phase 1 to be completed. The remaining fence and gates still need to be installed (it's only half installed) I still need sand swept into the travertine under the screened in porch I also still need the spiral staircase fence cap. I was told they were waiting for parts to come in. Regards, [redacted] ***

***, This letter is in response to the *** complaint we received todayI would like to let you know that Chris M*** from our company met with Mrs*** on Tuesday, September 15th on the matter of warrantied items. Mrs*** stated to Chris at
this time that she was thinking about filing a complaint, but had not sent it in . These are the items that Chris and Mrs*** discussed: Replacing azalea Touch up poly sand on patio. Install spiral staircase cap•Caulk hole in fence post Cut off conduit not used in room under porch Seed/fertilize/straw entry into job site from builder lot next door. Chris installed the azalea and caulked the post on MondayHe will have a crew out on Thursday to do the remaining items above. The yard repairs that Mrs*** is asking about was not in the first phase contractThis area will be damaged again to complete the subsequent phasesWe will seed/fertilize and straw the areas to satisfy the completion to finalize our portion of the work on siteThis area will have to be used for the other phases and we feel that this will be fair as it will be damaged with future work. I would like to summate in this this response that we spent months designing this project with Mrs***We have tried to work through the continued changes of materials and ideas to complete the first phase of the projectI notified Mrs*** that we were not interested in working on subsequent phases of the project due to our inability to satisfy her expectations and constant changes to the project. I would like to further state that the Revdex.com should make a site visit to see the quality of work. Sincerely, *** *** Carville Landscape Co

Review: I contracted Carville to do a backyard renovation that was to be split into three phases. They worked on phase one for over a year ( I was told it would take 3 months) and still have not finished it. The owner showed up promising everything would be completed within the week, so I paid them in full for phase one. I was told phase two would start in a few weeks. After several inquires trying to get a start date I received an email stating they would not be able to complete phase two or three. After that, I haven't heard from them again. I still have several things that need to be completed from phase one that I already paid for and warrantied items that aren't being honored. My calls aren't answered and my emails are not returned.Desired Settlement: I need my side yard repaired and sodded where they ran their trucks as well as the backyard sod that they tore up because they were supposed to do work that they have not done. I need the patio completed- needs to be sanded, and the leaking fountain repaired. I also have a dead azalea that needs to be replaced. Plants are warrantied for one year per my signed contract.
