Texas direct (the retailer of the vehicle, not the customer) dropped the vehicle off on Friday the 15th @ 5:15pm
(No appointment). It sat over the weekend and we worked it into the shop
on Tuesday 5/(as soon as we were able to due to being that we are currently a week
and a half out on appointments). The technician diagnosed and ordered the parts needed for repair on Tuesday 5/19 and they arrived on Friday
5/The technician didn’t work on the vehicle Friday due to other work that was here before that
vehicle came in. We were closed on Monday the 25th and the
technician completed the work Tuesday 5/in the morning and Texas Direct picked it
up. I’m not sure what Texas direct told their customer but based upon the
fact that they dropped it off with no appointment, ordering parts and the
Holiday, we had it repaired and delivered in a reasonable time frame. Please let me know if you have any further questions
