Upon entering the car wash on 8/4/2014 my [redacted] had a hard tire cover on the spare tire. Once the car was finished - I walked out to retrieve it and the hard tire cover was missing. I pointed it out to the attendant. We walked through the car wash. It was not there.I don't know why but either someone stole it or absentmindendly removed it & did not put it backon.Desired SettlementI would like it returned, replaced or paid forBusiness Response The car entered the car wash without the cover on the vehicle. We walked the tunnel with the customer to find the hard cover. The cover is 36 inches or more in diameter. If it was in my tunnel we would have found it. I am sorry you feel we lost it but the reality is if it fell of in tunnel it would have been in there when we walked it.
