I bought a used Cary from Cary Auto Sales, they did not disclose MAJOR mechanical issues with the car, an a illegal modification to it. Purchased a car from Cary Auto Sales, they did not disclose that the vehicle had SERIOUS mechanical issues and an illegal exhaust modification had been done to it. The main rear seal of the car is leaking, exhaust was illegally modified, high-pressure power steering hose is blown and leaking, a radiator hose is leaking, valve cover gaskets are leaking oil, and other repairs are needed. Desired SettlementI expect Cary Auto Sales to buy this car back from me, or pay the $3,000 in repairs needed. However, the way the customer responded to that request was very unprofessional and threatening, closing the door on any potential help.
