My daughter's goes to the Pre-Ballet classes on Saturdays at 9:15 on the annexed building. After a year amazingly my daughter doesn't even know her teacher's names so I will try to guide you just saying that she goes to the [redacted] room in that building, where normally she has two/three young teachers.The problem I'm bringing to you is this:They are having a recital where my daughter wont be assisting. The reason for this is we wont be in the city and therefore there is no point. Either way I thought she could continue going for the classes we pay, right? The problem is that she, together with another two kids, is being left apart standing, just looking how the other kids do their practice for such recital. I didn't found out this until last class, as normally I don't look much into the classroom and what they are doing. The space in the waiting area is small, and sometimes we can't stay inside to look at her dancing.This day I manage to take a pick and I couldn't understand what I was seeing. She was standing on a corner with the other two girls, and the two teachers there, were fully working with the other kids for the recital. Another father there and myself went inside to find out what was that about. The teacher there said she had instructions to work on the recital and since these girls were not going they couldn't participate, therefore only look. My god!!! I told the teacher if this was ok for her, seeing those little girls, who just want to dance, standing there doing nothing, and she wasn't able to say anything, just, "if you have any problem talk to the reception, I only do what I'm told". We did go to the reception, and of course, the lady there pass it on to the director. After that, I asked my daughter if this has been like this for the last weeks, and she said yes.I contacted the director 5 days ago and still no answer.I'm unsure for how long this has been with my daughter and some other kids, at least the 2-3 classes.Product_Or_Service: Ballet ClassesDesired SettlementI can't know for sure how long this kind of service, having the kids standing has been going on, but if we pay for a service, I'm expecting to receive it.
On the top of this, there is no responsible there at all, just a few young girls doing the classes and the director, wouldn't answer.
