Cary Cart Company

Company built me a custom golf cart. Claimed to stand behind product for routine maintenance and future repair.Golf cart was built and delivered in late summer of 2014. Cary Cart Company is a manufacturer and licensed in North Carolina. The headlight, turn signals, speedometer, and charging source all went bad by early 2015. Owner,[redacted], was contacted, and he said he could come and look sometime in April 2015. He did not show up, and I repeatedly reached out to his mobile number, work email, and his office number asking him to come and repair or replace the brand new parts. He said he would come by in June, July, August, and then stopped returning calls, emails and text messages.After contacting one of his suppliers in Fuquay Varina, the supplier reached out to[redacted]. He promised to come over and repair. He once again no showed. I then had the supplier come pick my cart up to take to his shop and he was told by[redacted] that he would go to his shop on 9/21/15 to look and repair the cart. [redacted] did not show up again. I am now paying other parties to repair faulty manufacturing practices performed by Cary Cart Company/////.Desired SettlementAll of my missed golf cart use due to cart being in shop for repair. All costs associated with repairs of the brand new cart./////
