I called to set up an appointment and gave my insurance info to the secretary weeks before my appointment. Also failed to redeem coupon.I called to set up an appointment with Dr. [redacted] weeks in advance giving my insurance info to his secretary. I also came to this Dr because of a coupon offering free lifetime tooth whitening with new patient exam. At my appointment I was told by the Dr's assistant that I wouldnt get the teeth whitening because it wasnt worth it. Also, after my appointment I received in the mail a bill for 100$ due to Dr [redacted] not being an approved provider. I asked why I was not provided this info before my visit because I would have canceled and was given no answer. I have sent Dr [redacted] two letters and an email asking for answers as to why I wasnt informed about the insurance info and about the teeth whitening coupon and I have never been given an answer to any correspondence. It is my belief that Dr [redacted] does not care about his patients and is in my opinion an unprofessional liar.Desired SettlementI would like for the bill that I keep receiving with additional late fees tacked on to be zero balanced by Dr. [redacted]. I would also encourage Dr. [redacted] to stop the false advertising with the teeth whitening.Business Response Dear Sir/MadamThank you for contacting me in case of [redacted]. It turned out to be that patient was misinformed by our front desk person who has done the similar mistakes with other patients.
