Complaint10/9 Service for Dryer: fuse had blown. Replaced fuse and thermostat; left without checking timer. Returned, ordered timer, now refuses my calls. 1. Arrived 10/9. Fuse blew in dryer. Replace fuse and thermostat for 138++. 2. Tested dryer and timer would not cycle down.3. Owner called me and explained I needed to have vent under home checked.4. Cleaned and replaced vent as recommended.5. Owner assured me timer was working and cleaning vent would take care of issue.6. It did not. I made another appointment.7. I stayed home and no one showed. I called again.8. They had booked the repairman for next day.9. Repairman came, said "I didn't check the timer." The arcing must have also blown the timer.10. He ordered parts and said he would be back in 2 days.11. The following Monday I called again. Repairman out of office.12. I asked that someone call and let me know when the repair would be done.13. In future he can call someone else, we are not interested in doing business with thieves, con-artists, lunatics or jerks. You are a disgrace .Final Business Response I went to this individuals house, I diagnosed his problem as needing an ice-maker for his fridge, he didn't have the money to get it fixed but did have the $80 service call fee. I told him that if he got his money together I would come back out and put the ice-maker in and not charge another trip charge or service call fee. Over the next several months I would get calls to the office wanting me to come back out, which I returned invariably getting voicemail. I made contact last week and told him that I am an honest businessman (I am) and as an act of good faith that I would come back out and put the ice-maker in AT COST! He said great! I set up a time and at the appointed time guess what? Voicemail again. I told the dispatcher to call and tell him (via VM) that I would just issue a refund. I am simply tired of messing with this guy. Here's the thing, he obviously went out and bought an ice-maker and put it in himself. I think this is all a scam to get his $80 back, a service fee which I am entitled to for services rendered. But I sent him a check anyway. I've been in business long enough to know, there are crazies and con-artists our there, they're rare but they exist. I'd rather lose money than deal with them. By the way, yes I did use some colorful language, but only after Mr.[redacted] cussed me first. But what's done is done. It's worth 80 bucks to get rid of this guy.

Their repair of our refrigerator's ice maker has never worked and after tens of calls they proposed to refund but we have never received any money.We hired the services of this company to repair our Frigidaire Gallery ice maker back in Spring 2013. On April 17, 2013, their technician [redacted] came and recommended to replace the ice maker and valve. We paid $75 for the visit. In June 3rd 2013 we paid $238.13 for the service and spare parts. The ice maker has never worked since they did the repair. The technician came back once to do some configuration which did not yield any positive result. That technician indicated he would reorder the same spare parts and install them. We have been waiting and calling many times. When we finally got hold of their technician he informed he had left the company. We called the company dispatcher back in October and nothing got resolved. We got the owner on the call who confirmed he would refund me. I have sent on his mobile phone the pictures of the invoices and copy of check paid out to his company. I have never received any refund.
