A week ago the Customer on the *** *** *** (*** ***) was getting the situation with her car resolved by Dennis directlyShe called for Dennis and he wasn't in the officeOur title clerk offered to take a message and contact her as soon as Dennis got into the office
That answer wasn't satisfactory to the customer, she then proceeded to have her paramore call the office and verbally threaten our manager over the phone using expletives and threatsWere told in this situation to simply end the conversation before the situation escalates any further when were being verbally threatenedTen minutes later in front of several employees and customers the Mr*** came in threatening members of Cars and Trucks Group LLC physicallyEven at one point getting so close chest to chest with one of our employees where Spit was hitting his faceWorried about the safety of our customers and our own, we promptly called the Philadelphia Police Department and two officers were dispatchedThe officers told the aggressor that he wasn't on the MV-firstly, had no say in the matter, and two what he was doing was highly illegal and that charges could be brought forward if he is on the premises againThey escorted him off the lot and STILL Dennis kindly spoke to Ms*** about getting her a different car and resolving her issues with the *** ***Here at Cars and Trucks Group LLC we take pride in going above and beyond for our customers and are quite frankly appalled that your agency was contacted after the physical and verbal threats *** *** made on our staff, I hope this matter will be resolved expeditiouslyNever, in the years of working in the automotive industry have I felt more worried about the safety of my staff then I did that dayAny questions or concerns regarding the matter please feel free to contact us by phone any time.Regards,
