this vehicle was sold As is, in good faith we gave her loaner while repairs where done at our cost, vehicle was sent to Dodge dealership repairs completed with 1year warranty, customer happy and driving her carthanks for your help

On August 19, Ms*** *** was approved thru Lobel Financial with social security ending ***. She made a deposit hold of $on 8/20/2015 to our Business Account to secure the vehicle. On August 25, 2015, Ms*** arrived to our establishment in
Carrizo Springs to complete the sale. She provided the necessary documents and paid the remaining $1,of the $1,500.00 full down payment required and returned to Laredo, Texas with her son and the vehicle. Before leaving, I questioned her about the different names on her employment checks verses her Texas Identification issued ID. She claimed that she had not changed her married name since she recently got divorced. Upon her departure. I advised her that the underwriting process from the bank institution might call her with further questions. Upon review, it was determined that Ms*** had falsified information on her credit application. We advised her that that was illegal and punishable by law. She admitted she had been working using another persons name and social security number ending in *** for over years. We advised her that the sale could not be completed this way and she would have to return the vehicle immediately or a fee would be assessed . She asked to try to get a co-signer, which both applicants also did not qualify. Again, we asked her to Please return the vehicle and she continuously refused. At that time, we were obligated to send 2 drivers to Laredo, Texas, which is a hour drive each way to pick up the vehicle. Ms*** had the vehicle for days and had incurred 1095 miles. We deducted $for usage and transportation costs. It is unfortunate that we can not control if customers are dishonest on their credit applications. However, we treated Ms*** fair with respect and great customer service. Nonetheless, we will not assist in any illegal or information to bank institutions, we would rather move on to the next customer. I was given a loaner after the first repairs not for all 4 months the vehicle was repaired. Also I would like to put it on record that I received a call from the owner after my Revdex.com complaint was submitted requesting that I take back my complaint becuase "it was not right" this message was left in my voicemail. Very poor management skills in my opinion. I am not seeking any compensation, just want my experience to be known and out there for others to be aware.
