Again, if there were any issues with the car within first days of purchase we would have took care of it, even though the car was sold AS-IS, at no cost to this or any other customerThe car was sold almost months ago and there is nothing we will do for this customer and this is our final decision, Since you left a negative review for something that you bought months ago online for usThe car was perfectly fine when the customer bought itWe could have done the same job that [redacted] charged this customer for less than $if he would have called us when problem happenedAgain, you paid to much for the repairs, since you paid full retail price on parts and probably $plus dollar an hour for laborThank you

I am rejecting this response because:the the claim the business ower stated I paid to [redacted] is falseThe total bill was to include shocks but only paid for the comolete front end workI was only seeking compensation for work that should have been completed or disclosed during inspection The parts replaced we totally worn out before purchase of vechile snd I have pictures of the worn out parts available upon request and you can clearly see the parts are orginal parts from The owner thinks that soimething that just happened is clearly is either uneducated in mechanics or is in complete denialThe facts are we were sold a car that had a pre inspection done and a major saftey item was missed resilting in putting a car on the highway at risk of my daughters life and others All of this could have all been avoided if they had done their job in the first place

I am rejecting this response because: Bottom Line your company sold a car that had major issues regarding the control and deliverability of a car putting lives in dangerThe reason the car was not taken in the first thrity days because we had in trusted in your company to deliver a quality productTherefore your company have failed miserably and the issue was not caught until it was unbearable to driveAs far as the work perfomed on the vechicle we feel much better to know that someone who preaches quality will stand by their product and workmanship. Besides there is no monetary value you can stick on someones lifeMaybe you should take notes and listen to your customersTherefore we will.not be seeking a settlement of monetary vaule as many customers has acknowledged your company's inability to deliver a quality product. However may suggest a couple of things is practice some humility not all people are after a payday and as a business ower dont promise anything you cant deliverRemember trust snd respect are two thing that are earned and not boughtI have said my peaceI will.give Revdex.com a call to male sure this thread is.endes. Have a great day and I hope you listen tio your customers in the future. Signed A Valuable Asset The Customer

Hello, this customer had days mechanical warranty on this purchaseHe called almost months later asking us to pay for some repairs that they were quoted by *** ***We asked them to bring the car in and we would give them a second opinion on what it needs and a repair
estimate at no cost to themThe warranty was for the first days, not monthsThey claimed that the car has safety issues, and want us to pay most of the repair costWe will not pay for any repairs or any other third party repair billThey bought cars at the same time and one started to have issues after months, now they are saying that this issue was there when they bought the car!!! If there were any safety issues with this car or their other car, they would have noticed it within the first days or first daysThere is no law that requires us to pay for the future repairs on any car that we sellOur promise was first days and if they had any issues within the first days we would have honored the warranty and fixed the car at no cost to this customer or any other customerThey said they paid $to *** *** *** charged them full retail price on parts and high labor rate, if they would have called us right away, they could saved lots of money, since we do help our customers with repairs sometimesCarZone will not pay for any repairs to this customer after months of use, and they are welcome to take this to courtThank you

Again, if there were any issues with the car within first 30 days of purchase we would have took care of it, even though the car was sold AS-IS, at no cost to this or any other customer. The car was sold almost 4 months ago and there is nothing we will do for this customer and this is our final decision, Since you left a negative review for something that you bought 4 months ago online for us. The car was perfectly fine when the customer bought it. We could have done the same job that [redacted] charged this customer for less than $500 if he would have called us when problem happened. Again, you paid to much for the repairs, since you paid full retail price on parts and probably $100 plus dollar an hour for labor. Thank you

Hello. First of all, This car had no issues at the time of the purchase. The only thing was ever promised to the customer was the chip on the front windshield. We replaced the glove box after 2 days when she realized it wasn't opening. Never promised a new one to her, we promised another one. Used...

or new it's working fine, it is the same color from the same year and make and model. We will fix the windshield as we promised whenever she brings the car back. We also fixed the window regulator that went out later on when the customer had the car. This was not part of the deal and was working perfectly fine when she bought the car. (Things will go wrong here and there with any car or anything used or new later on. This could have happened any day no one can tell)anyways, No questions asked we fixed it for free. About the Transmission: it seems like this problem happened the day after the car was at "[redacted]". Customer called the day after she took the car to [redacted] and complained about the transmission. It was about 1600 miles later and after it was at [redacted]. We are not responsible for that. She should go back to [redacted] and asked them what they did, since they were the one's who worked on it last. She stated that the car started having problem after [redacted] worked on it. The customer was here twice. One to get a refund for the DMV registration and before that to replace the glove box cover. She never mentioned anything about the intake air hoes nor any Transmission issues, slipping or anything else both times. This is not our problem. We are not responsible for any damages to this transmission at this time. P.S: This is not the first time that someone complains after they took their car to [redacted]. ( Search on line)"Again, we are very sorry for what happened to your car. This car did not have any problem with transmission before. Just for the customer satisfaction, at this time, We can help you to get another used transmission with at least 6 months warranty for a lot less than what you were quoted on by [redacted] or anywhere else. We will not pay for it. Customer will have to pay for the parts and fluids and we will replace it here for free of labor. The car must be at CarZone to replace the transmission. This is all we will do for her and nothing else at this time. This offer is good for 30 days from today's date. It will cost her somewhere around ($1200 or so nothing more), it is alot less than $2600-$4000. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:the the claim the business ower stated I paid 2200 to [redacted] is false. The total bill was 2200 to include shocks but only paid 1200 for the comolete front end work. I was only seeking compensation for work that should have been completed or disclosed during inspection.  The parts replaced we totally worn out before purchase of vechile snd I have pictures of the worn out parts available upon request and you can clearly see the parts are orginal parts from 2005.  The owner thinks that  soimething that just happened is clearly is either uneducated in mechanics or is in complete denial. The facts are we were sold a car that had a pre inspection done and a major saftey item was missed resilting in putting a car on the highway at risk of my daughters life and others.  All of this could have all been avoided if they had done their job in the first place..

Review: My name is [redacted]; I had just recently purchased my daughter a car. I purchased a [redacted] Accord from Car Zone Auto Sales located at [redacted]. On April 4th, 2016. I went back on the 6th of April and told them I needed the glove box fixed because I could not get into and I wanted the windshield fixed die to a chip. They took out the glove box and said they would order a new one, as for the windshield they had a guy who was supposed to be coming from Sacramento but they could not get ahold of him. They called my daughter [redacted] to come in on 14th of April for the glove box and had put the old one in, we asked about the windshield but their reply was he was not answering his phone.

The 21st of April we took it over to [redacted] located in Marysville to have the oil changed. They said the transmission had a leak an also the intake air hose was cracked and needed to be repaired soon. That same day I was riding with her and heard the transmission was slipping. On April 22nd 2016 we took it back to Car Zone and told them the transmission was slipping and leaking and the driver side window didn’t work, the windshield was cracked, and also the intake air hose was cracked. They took the car back to the garage and told me that they were only going to fix the driver side window. I asked him about the other items on my list. He was reply was he talked to his manager and said my daughter drove it too hard, so he wasn’t even going to look at it.Desired Settlement: Today April 25, 2016 I took the car to [redacted] and was told the 3rd gear was going out. They said it was cost anywhere from 2,600.00 to 4,200.00.

I would deeply appreciate any help received in solving this matter. I did business with this company in good faith and expected them to do the same.

I would like them to pay for the repair of this car, I am disabled and on a fixed income and cannot afford to buy another car.

Sincerely, [redacted]

Review: I made an as-is purchase through Auto Zone in March of this year. I bought a VW 2001 BeetleI specifically asked the salesman, what is wrong with this car? And through his teeth he lied and said that asides from a few dents here and there there was absolutely nothing wrong with the vehicle. The first issue came about a couple of days after I left the dealership, it started getting warm and the AC did not work. The dealership was nice enough to fix the problem, it took 4 visits for them to finally fix it.The Engine Light came on and they assured me that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. Most dealerships have a device that reads the issues on VW vehicles and they do have the option to clear the engine light so that when a person looking at a vehicle that's being sold it has absolutely no missfires showing.I've spent over $1,500 in repairs through both [redacted] and the VW dealership(I do have the receipts for proof).I took my vehicle in for an oil change and that's when I was told about every single issue that the vehicle had, from having to replace air pump mounts, timing belt and water pump, the serpentine belt, wrong spark plugs, overheating, the wrong coolant in the system, the spark plug wires look to have been repaired with electrical tape... they really screwed me over financially and they sold me a car that looked great from the outside but absolutely had more then plenty of issues. Till this day the engine light is on and I've been taking my vehicle in to a car shop almost every 2 weeks. After contacting them I never received a reply.Desired Settlement: At this point for their malpractice I feel that no one else should be taken advantage of financially and people like this shouldn't be running a business in America, period. They need to either pay me for each and every single invoice i've paid for all the issues with their vehicle or replace it with a brand new car.
