I bought a [redacted] on 1/7/14 from Carzone. The car salesman [redacted], told my girlfriend and I that there was no issues with the car and that it had 170xxx miles. We didn't test drive the car because we trusted his word and the vehicle looked well taken care of. We went to sign the paperwork and give them the down payment and they told us they only wanted cash. I was rushed through the paperwork and after I had signed the paperwork, the general manager, [redacted], gave me the [redacted] and then I realized that the car had 209xxx miles. I left because they were closing and less than 30 miles down the road the check engine light came on and I realized the car was hesitating very badly. I called them after they were closed about the light but their mailbox is full so I could not leave a message. I called them the next day and they told me to make an appointment to have the vehicle looked at but they didn't have any available appointments for a few days. I realized that day that the front end makes a very loud squeaking noise and that there is water in the oil and many more problems. We drove back on 1/9/14 and spoke to [redacted] because [redacted] was not there. He said that some coil packs were bad and they supposedly replaced two of them but he said it was the coil packs before the mechanic had even looked at the car. The check engine light was also erased after the work was supposedly done. We wanted to give the car back and get a refund but [redacted] could not do it since [redacted] was not there. We left the car there that night since the problems were not resolved. I went back on 1/10/14 and [redacted] said he could not "unwind the deal" although the contract states it can be canceled within 20 days of purchase. He said he would take $200 off my next payment but ot give me my check back which is written for $1000. He still insisted that there is not any problems with the car. I drove the car home and once again less than 30 miles down the road the check engine light came on and the other problems are still there.Product_Or_Service: VehicleDesired SettlementI would like a full refund on my down payment and to give the car back to them. I would like a refund due to the unsafeness of the car (it died while in the middle of the road while my girlfriend was driving it) and because of the misrepresentations of the car. I would like the contract to be cancelled and I would like to be compensated for gas and time spent going to Reno and back because they would not call me or answer my calls.Business Response [redacted] came in on 1/7/2014 and purchased a [redacted] from Carzone. That night the customer called and told us he had a check engine light and set up an appointment and fixed one of the engine coils. Then the next day the customer called and said he did not want this vehicle anymore and wanted to return it. There is no cooling off period in the state of Nevada. We did then fix the car for a second time and customer a does not reply to any of our phone calls or respond. This customer's account is now past due for $1000 for a bounced check. Customer still needs to abide by contract. Customer did not pick up car from us after we fixed it. Carzone does not rescind any of our contracts. The customer also signed paperwork willingly and knowing what the miles were at time of Sale. There were no misrepresentation from nobody here at Carzone. If customer does not get back to us and make his payment, customer will then be in default and possibly be repossessed. Thanks [redacted]Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)On 1/7/14, I did call them to set up an appointment to have the car fixed, however, they told me they did not have any appointments so I went to back to Carzone on 1/9/14. They told me that they replaced the coil packs and so I drove the car home and less than thirty miles down the road the check engine light came on. Later, I did an engine inspection (I used to be a mechanic) and found that none of the coil packs had been replaced. I took numerous pictures of the car and everything wrong with it, including the OBD2 where the engine codes were being tampered with. I took the car back once more and they told me they fixed it and once again the check engine light came on. The third time I took the car back was when I left the car on the lot. [redacted] threatened me that they were going to have the car towed off the lot into the street and then they would repossess it. The car salesman [redacted] told me the car had 170,xxx miles on it so when I signed the contract I was under the impression that that's how many miles the car had on it. I did not realize the car had 210,xxx on it until after the paperwork was signed. Also, the sticker price on the car was $3,995 but the price on the contract was $4,995. [redacted] did not disclose this to me. When I confronted him about it, he said it was for the GPS on the car but there was also a separate charge on the contract for the GPS which was $895. The contract also has an Option to Cancel section, which I signed, which specifically states that the seller has twenty days to cancel the contract. Nowhere in the contract does it say that Carzone does not rescind contracts. The company's response does not resolve the issue because I would like the company to cancel the contract and give me a refund in the amount of $1000 for the down payment on the car since I brought the car back immediately after purchasing it.

I bought a 2007 Nissan Murano with 89,xxx miles on it from this place and about 3 months later the car shut down on me without any warning. I took it to [redacted] and they told me that my engine was blown and that I needed to replace it, along with my head gaskets and so on... They gave me a quote of about $5,500! I also had problems with my contract when I first bought the car. I got approved and signed a contract with my interest rate at 6.34%. About two weeks later I got a call from them saying that I needed to sign a different contract with my interest rate now at 8.99%. They told me that my bank messed up ,but upon calling my bank, they told me that Carzone had messed up and they should have never approved me at 6.34%. Carzone told me that I had to sign a new contract or they would take the car back.Product_Or_Service: 2007 Nissan Murano SUVDesired SettlementIt would be nice for them to help with the cost of the repair which is costing me roughly $5000 but I know that will not happen because the car has no warranty.

Purchase a 2005 Volvo xc90 in Oct 2015. Trying to get the Title for the car so that I may register and get Plates for it. Car has been park since the end of Nov.Desired SettlementJust need the Title...

I purchased a used 2006 Hummer H3 from Carzone. I was never given the vehicle inspection report despite asking for it multiple times. They said the vehicle had been inspected and was in need of zero repairs and that it was mechanically sound and safe to drive. They represented the vehicle as being free of any mechanical repairs or issues. Soon after driving it off the lot, I noticed a loud squeaking noise coming from the front end. I brought it back to the dealership after having a mechanic look at the vehicle and telling me it was unsafe to drive and asked Carzone to allow me to return the vehicle. They refused. They offered to fix the vehicle because they knew that it needed some suspension work, which is a direct violation of state statutes. They lied and said it was safe with zero needed repairs and then they admitted that they knew about the issues prior to selling me the vehicle. I got the vehicle back, and the noise was gone, but they refused to give me the repair bill. After picking up the vehicle, the check engine light came on. I took the vehicle to [redacted]. They did a full inspection of the vehicle and found a long list of mechanical problems with the vehicle that amounted to over $4,000. They advised me the vehicle is unsafe to drive and that it has an active recall on the vehicle and is in danger of catching on fire. They informed me there is no remedy for this recall. I called Carzone and informed them of this and asked again to allow me to return the vehicle and they said they would not do anything for me and that they are happy to go to litigation. They never gave me a copy of the buyer's guide, nor was it posted on the vehicle when we test drove it, which is a violation of the federal trade commission. Furthermore, they violated numerous state statutes in regards to refusing to disclose the inspection report, and being untruthful in disclosing the actual condition of the vehicle. They are scam artists, and prey on people who do not have mechanical knowledge. Do not buy from them!Product_Or_Service: 2006 Hummer Desired SettlementI would like to return the vehicle to the dealership, void the sales contract, and I would like a refund in full of the down payment I paid.

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer with a written guarantee that it would pass California smog. On January 9, 2015 I had it tested in South Lake Tahoe and it failed due to a bad catalytic converter. I returned the vehicle to the dealer for repair. On February 5, 2015 the vehicle was returned to me and the dealer claimed that they had successfully had the vehicle smog tested in Truckee, California. I took the vehicle to the same smog station where it had failed previously and it failed again for the same reason. No repairs had been made. A visual inspection of the exhaust system clearly shows that no work was done on the catalytic converters. The smog certificate obtained by the dealer is fraudulent, and the vehicle will not pass the California smog test requirement as was guaranteed.Product_Or_Service: used vehicleAccount_Number: cash purchaseDesired SettlementI would like the catalytic converter replaced so that the vehicle will pass the California smog test as was guaranteed and will not be a pollution problem.Business Response This vehicle was sold to [redacted] on Jan 9th 2015. He purchased this vehicle from our Carzone with a Nevada Smog. Later the vehicle had a check engine light on the vehicle and was then repaired and as a courtesy we told the customer we then would have the vehicle smogged by a certified smog center in California. We do not allow or accept any illegal smogs. We would love to talk to this customer to resolve this matter with this customer. Thank You [redacted] Sales ManagerConsumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)The vehicle was not repaired. The catalytic converter is still bad and the vehicle will not legitimately pass California smog. I complained about the smog station to the California Bureau of Automotive Repair. They told me that the smog station is not to blame. They explained to me how used car dealers are very good at subverting the smog test by resetting the check engine light and letting the engine cool down just enough to be warm for the smog test but not so hot that the oxygen sensor displays a fault. CarZone was able to obtain a California smog certificate on this vehicle in this manner rather than repairing the vehicle. There is new legislation working through the California assembly to stop this practice. Meanwhile, we must deal with unscrupulous characters who place more value on the dollar than on their own integrity.

I purchased a car from this dealer on 5/30/15 for cash, they told me I would received the title in 6-8 weeks, I still have not received the title. I have contacted the dealer several times and still no satisfaction. I mailed an application TO THE DMV for a new title a couple of weeks ago.[redacted]Product_Or_Service: 2005 SUBARUOrder_Number: CASH RECEIPT# [redacted]Desired Settlementdeliver the title and return the amount I paid for a new title

I was sold a vehicle with major problems that were not disclosed.I purchased a 2004 Ford F150 5.4L gas V8 with 106,000 miles from this business on March 19, 2014. The next day is when I noticed the considerable knocking in the truck that it sounded like a diesel. I then found metal shavings in the oil. I told the dealership that I wanted to return the truck and cancel the deal. The manager said to bring the truck in to look and if there was a problem that couldn't be fixed we could do that. After looking at the truck they claimed there was no metal in the oil and it was a timing chain which they replaced. When I went to go get the truck, the same knock was there. I also showed them metal shavings on the old parts that they had pulled from the truck. I then pulled the oil dipstick. There were metal shavings in the oil which I pointed out to the manager and the mechanic. The mecahnic then said that "well we didn't clean out the engine, so it was left over from the bad timing chain" Now I have just caught them in a lie. Prior to me checking for myself while standing in front of them I was told that no metal shavings were there. This shows that there was an issue that they were hiding. I believe they are in violation of Nevada Revised Statue 482.36661 which states they must conduct an engine and drive train inspection of a vehicle over 75,000 miles and disclose in writing "any defects in the engine or drivetrain known to the dealer or to which the dealer REASONABLY should have known after conducting the inspection" NRS law also allows for a complaint about the dealer to be filed with the DMV with an investigation to follow. The truck is currently at the dealer. I want the dealer to take back the truck, cancel the deal and refund the $700 I have already paid torward a down payment. If this matter is not resolved with that otucome I will then be seeking legal action from my attorney. Desired SettlementCancel the deal completely and refund the $700 I have already paid.Business Response To whom it may concern: The customer came in and purchased a 2004 Ford F150 from us on 3/19/2014 the customer drove the vehicle didn't mention any issues at the time of sale . We do a safety inspection on every vehicle before we put them for sale. We follow all the laws and procedures from the state we never have and never will put a vehicle for sale knowingly knowing there is an issue with it. The customer contacted me the next day letting me know that their was a knocking noise coming from the engine at that point we made an apt for him to bring in the truck to take a look at it. My mechanic told me that the timing chain was making a noise meaning that it needed to be replaced at that point I told him he can replace it at no cost to the customer. He came in and wasn't happy with the sound the truck made. We did some research and the sound is something that is common with that year vehicle and other Ford's as well the truck is safe and mechanically sound therefor we came to the conclusion that there isn't any issues with the vehicle it drives perfectly fine. As far as the 75000 inspection we performed that and the customer signed off on it as well at time of purchase. In the state of Nevada there is no cooling off period or recission. We stand behind our vehicles and go above and beyond what we are obligated to do as far as the state of Nevada is concerned. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)This has already been filed as a complaint with the DMV Compliance Enforcement Division. The TSB says that noise MAY be a common thing on that motor but then went into detail of how to diagnose and fix the problem. Anyone who heard that noise should have REASONABLY believe something to be wrong before sale. As to the paper I signed about the inspection is a joke. There is no inspection report, the "report" is a page with checkmarks saying yes the truck is fine, no actual report. Just because there is no cooling off period in Nevada and you feel the need to keep repeating it, doesn't mean you can break whatever laws that are in place and continue your unethical and fraudulent business. I have also received advice from my attorney on this matter as well.Final Business Response The customer dropped off the truck to us so we could take care of the timing chain issue in which we did. The customer refused to take the truck when the job was complete the window was working perfectly fine at that moment. A couple days later when the customer's father came and pick up the truck the window regulator wasn't working we offered to fix the issue but the customer refused for us to do the work we do not reinburst to have someone else do any work when we are capable of doing the job. As far as the 75k inspection form is concerned it's the form the NV dmv supplies us to complete the inspection. Every law is followed to the tee we do not practice any illegal business practices unethical or fraudulent. We follow every law and when the DMV completes it's complaint all the facts I'm stating will be in black and white. We haven't until now known of any starter issue again the truck was in perfect working order when it was purchased. I also offered the customer to get a second opinion on any issues with the vehicle and bring me the results so we could take care of it which the customer also refused to do. Final Consumer Response More problems have come up since the initial writing of the complaint. The so called dealership broke the window regulator on my passenger front window which was stuck down and they said it would take 3-4 days to get a new regulator because they said they get their parts online and wouldn't go get a part from a local store even though they broke it and I couldn't go that long with my window stuck down. On top of that the should have even put that window down. I had to pay $96 out of pocket for a part they broke and then I was told that they would not re pay me for it. Also, the starter has started to stick on it. It has happened 3 times since taking the truck home. This is the most unethical "business" I have ever dealt with. The legal advice I have received would be to follow through with this complain and the DMV complaint. The next step after that would be to file a lawsuit in District Court.

Purchased my first used vehicle ($27,000) and it is an unsafe vehicle, there are many issues that were not disclosed to me - which I have had several opinions on by other auto mechanics - I have already put several hundreds of dollars into the vehicle as the dealership refuses to fix or pay for any of the "needed" repairs. They did reimburse me for a new battery and a tow bill, and they did offer to pay for a new water pump, but they would not tell me who was going to do the work or where they were going to take my vehicle - so I did not feel comfortable having they do the work - since they have been so sketchy in giving me any information. They have paid to have these same repairs on another vehicle - but refuse to work with me at all. There is so much to this story, but not enough space here to tell the problems, I had to replace the brakes and rotors, add a steering stabilizer, replace the oil Pump, a new battery, oil change and there is a major problem with what is called the Death Wobble (needs new tie rods and ball joints) Yes, some of these are diffinetly safety issues. This vehicle was not inspected for safety and ready for sale.Product_Or_Service: 2007 JeepDesired SettlementI would like to have the dealership pay for the needed repairs by the mechanic that I have spoken with and I know has repair other vehicles of theirs ([redacted])(tie rods / balljoints, etc) to fix the "Death Wobble". I would like to be reimbursed for repairs I have had to make, the brakes and rotors and the water pump.Final Consumer Response I just want to make sure that this case is closed. As I do believe at this time all matters have been addressed and taken care of.Thank you so much for your assistance.

Complaint8/28/15 I purchased 06 F250. I listed 2 items to be repaired byCarzone. sunroof and front end. Was agreed to at time of purchase and is in writing 8/28 gave 10K in cash to [redacted] and [redacted] for down payment, upon the agreement that the front end "slop in steering" would be addressed and the electric operated sunroof would be repaired. on 8/29 we returned to have sunroof repaired. We were told it would take a few hours and were given a loaner car. After 4 hours I called and I was told by [redacted] that they would have to order parts but the opening in the roof was sealed. Before leaving on 8/29 we made an appointment with [redacted] to drop truck off again to repair the sunroof and check front end play in steering on 8/31. The morning of 8/31 truck did not want to start, like the battery was dead, cranking slowly. It finally did start and we took it up to carzone. I was given a loan car to drive. I called for status of repairs on 9/2 and I was told that they had to order parts for the sunroof and that it was taken to Big o Tires and I told the steering was fine, that is normal for lifted trucks. I asked for a copy of the work order from big o and have still not seen anything. I believe that the bushings at the steering dampers are worn and I am going to take it to be inspected. It was my understanding that the sunroof parts had already been ordered on 8/29 and I was bringing truck in to have repairs done. I have built lifted trucks and driven them over the past 20 years and I know that the amount of play in the steering is not normal. The steering wheel can be moved at least 2 " before the truck responds, which has been a bit scary and dangerous on a windy day. Currently, I can see that the bushings have given out on one of the steering dampers. I have asked multiple times, in texting and phone calls for a copy of the work order from big o tires stating that the steering controls are in good condition. Big o is reputable place and I don't think it was ever taken there, or the report from big o states something different than what I am being told. Desired SettlementRepair of my sunroof, repair of the sloppy steering. We gave 10,000. cash down and will end up paying 30,000. for this truck and this is unacceptable. Every time I call I am told " I am sorry, let me call you back I am with a customer" Also, repairs of any water damage that may have been caused by rain getting in to the interior while this nonsense has been ongoing. I will not have a moldy interior because of carzones negligence.Business Response To whom it may concern: CarZone would like to apologize for any stress or hardship[redacted] has had to endure. Our company values our customers and all feedback that is provided. To correct the play in the steering we began by replacing the trucks existing ball joints with new ones. Next we installed new inner tie rods and adjusted the steering box. Lastly we had the alignment tuned by [redacted]. We want[redacted] to enjoy her truck rather than having to worry about another potential repair. Upon further inspection of the sun roof we agreed it would be better if we replaced rather than repaired her sun roof. Unfortunately, the sun roof would have been replaced by now, however the original replacement sun roof we ordered arrived damaged. Due to these unforeseen circumstances we've had to postpone installation until the new one arrives. We do hope these repairs bring us closer to resolving any complaints[redacted] initially had. We're committed to making things right. Consumer Response Since that was closed without satisfaction I am referencing the claim #. On 10/19/15 I dropped my truck for a scheduled replacement of the sunroof and to have the starting issue fixed, it does not start when it is cold until the 5 or 6th try. On 10/27/ 15 I was told it was ready to pick up. Upon my arrival I noticed overspray of white paint on the passenger upper cab portion and the driver side lower portion of the truck. Also It did not start when I tried to start it. Carzone did replace the sunroof with a new sunroof. I left the truck at carzone because they told me they would fix it. I picked it up on 10/29/15. the paint overspray had had not been removed although the truck had water in the bed as if it had been hosed and wiped, some of the paint overspray was streaked and there were some minor paint scratched in the areas. I have had the truck at their shop for these same repairs 5 times and each time they have not been able to fix anything. This truck I purchased from carzone on 8/28/15, I have in writing what they promised to repair. On 10/31/15 the truck did not start until after many attempts. On 11/2/15 the truck also did not start until many attempts. Also this is the first rainy day since they replaced my sunroof and the sunroof is leaking bad, the entire headliner of my truck is soaking wet and dripping on the interior.Product_Or_Service: 2006 Ford F250Final Consumer Response On 11/3 15 Carzone manager came to my house to pick up my truck for scheduled repairs. [redacted] sat in my driveway for about 15 minutes, the truck would not start until the 5th attempt. The work to be done was repair the sunroof, 6th attempt and replace the headliner because of the water damage done due to the leaky sunroof and replace the glow plugs. I was contacted on 11/7/15 and told by [redacted] that my truck was ready to pick up. we arrived to CZ at 11 am on 11/7/15 to find that the headliner had not been replaced. I went back into the dealership office and told this to [redacted]. [redacted] offered the contact information to the sunroof repair place and said it is the same guy that is doing the interior headliner replacement. I was told by [redacted] that I would receive the paperwork for the work on Monday, 11/9/15.he could not give it to me on 11/7/15 because the shop was closed. This is the same story I got when I was told CZ took the truck to Big o tires to check the steering problems. On the morning of 11/9/15 at 4:30 am the truck did not start until my 3rd attempt, so the problem still exists. I do not want to take it back to CZ as they have demonstrated that they are not capable of doing these repairs. I am going to take my truck to a qualified diesel mechanic and I expect to be reimbursed by CZ. I am also going to take my truck to a qualified sunroof repair shop and expect to be reimbursed by CZ.

On October 10, 2015, I purchased a 2007 Volvo XC90 from Car Zone. There was over 75,000 miles on the vehicle. The Used Vehicle Inspection Sheet, required by NRS 482.3661, indicted the vehicle was in good condition, in all areas. Less than one month after the purchase, I noticed the vehicle had problems with its transmission. When shifting the gears slipped, the engine raced and the gears took long to shift. Also, there was an engine oil leak and the power steering had problems. I talked to the salesman about these problems. After quite a fiasco, Car Zone finally had [redacted] Transmission look at the vehicle. They indicated there were three options, the best option would be that the transmission needed replacing and they confirmed other problems with the vehicle (as mentioned above). When I talked to [redacted], I learned that Car Zone had sent the vehicle to [redacted] on September 17, 2015 (I have the invoice), before I purchased the vehicle, and these problems were identified then. Car Zone told me they would be replacing the transmission with a refurbished transmission (as noted in the text message to salesman). Although, the transmission was never replaced (as noted in the Invoice). It is clear from the [redacted] invoices that Car Zone was aware of significant problems with the vehicle, but they were not disclosed as required by NRS 482.3661 and the Used Vehicle Inspection Sheet is inaccurate and false.Desired SettlementOn December 11th, my attorney sent Car Zone a letter asking for a recision to the contract and to return all money to me. As of the date of this Complaint, we have not heard one word from Car Zone. I absolutely need to get a new vehicle. Therefore, either they take back the vehicle and return all of my money; or, in the alternative, should I purchase a new vehicle prior to their response to this Complaint, they refund me of my down payment and all payments made to date on the vehicle loan.

LEMON LOT, LEMON LOT, LEMON LOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been waiting for a little over a year to let people know what is REALLY going on at CarZone and the LIARS they truly are, RUN if you can! I bought a Navigator from these scam artists just over a year ago and it has been nothing short of a nightmare! Unfortunately for me, I had bad credit when I needed a car last year, which is why I ended up even walking this lot. I found the car I wanted, a Lincoln Navigator, and I went through the details of signing and driving off with my car. Mistake on my part? Not caring to notice the 30% interest rate on a 14k car (worth about 7k) these smooth talkers got by me. Despite this, the problems began immediately. As soon as we started to drive home we realized the clicking sound coming from the car and the DVD player not working. We called and they said they would fix the problem, we brought it in and a few days later it was in our possession...at least for a bit. Not more then a few days later the car dies and the air suspension won't work. I called in again and they assured me they could fix the problem.....two weeks later we get the car back and again it works for a short while. Later we found out these disgusting liars NEVER fixed a thing. This continued on for months, with our car going back and forth to the dealership...God knows I would hold them accountable for every lie they told me. I asked to see paperwork and licenses for the "mechanics" that fixed me car...what did I get? Forged documents and excuses that there mechanics didn't need to be licensed (except the fact the DMV says its against the law for them to be maintaining vehicles through a business without licenses). The papers they gave me were bogus and we now have proof from the Ford Dealership that NO ONE EVER fixed our air suspension, they stated to us to sell the car because these guys were ripping me off, the car was going downhill fast. We took it to two other mechanics who went on to confirm they were most definitely lying to us. In the end, we have now had the car for a little over a year (thankfully paid off this car a few days ago) and it spent at least THREE MONTHS BEING FIXED!!!!!!!! They did accommodate me with other vehicles on their lot to drive while my car was constantly being repaired, which gave me even more insight into the vehicles they sell. I borrowed at least 8 different vehicles from their lot and I will tell you EVER SINGLE ONE HAD HIDDEN MECHANICAL ISSUES, every single one! What these snakes do is clean the cars up and rig them to work a few months and then the buyer is stuck with a crapped out car. They only chose to repair my vehicle because I threatened to stand outside the lot with boycott signs and gave REAL reviews on every social media platform I could find. They even called to threaten me if I didn't take my review down. One of their managers, while they had my car in the shop of repairs, threatened to take the vehicle I was borrowing if I didn't take the review down...btw this was done while I was driving my kids to school. THREATENED ME!!!!! Can you believe it??? I made sure to record and comment every single incident between that time and because of that, have caught them in numerous lies. Just 2 weeks ago, Pablo THE MANAGER, confessed he had told his dumbed down minion, Chewy, to lie to me because they were delaying work on my vehicle. My car sat in the lot for 3 weeks, (the mns not knowing a drove by taking pictures of the lack of work) and when I would call they would give me some elaborate and BS story about how much they cared about me and wanted to do the right thing. Lies, lies, and more lies. After getting the car "repaired," it immediately died the next day and we were forced to buy a new $`130 battery for the car. However, as of today, the car has been sitting in the same place with a dead battery and broken suspension. Thankfully, I bought a new car from a reputable dealer, which we use now to get everywhere. The piece of junk car they sold me embodies exactly who these people are...washed up and broken. They are complete mn who rip people off! I am begging you, even if you have bad credit, don't go here! Even by walking across the street to Harry's you'll find they won't massacre you the way CarZone will. Just remember as you walk the lot, the cars looks shiny and new but they are junk inside!!! You will with 100000000% certainty have major mechanical issues with your car. ","neg-1
