I have attached the customers December bill They needed to pay the current charges of $to keep the services on It shows that $was the balance leftover from the previous bill (November service) Then, bandwidth overages (from October) & late fee were added making the current charges $(which is displayed at the bottom of the bill) They would have saw amounts when they logged into their online account: last statement balance, current due amount, and past due amount This is the only way for our billing system to display these charges because we bill for regular monthly service in advance and bandwidth charges run a month behind As for the courtesy call, we have a system that places automated calls to the main number listed on the customers account The customer should contact the office to make sure that we have their correct information.A manager is usually available to speak with our customers If they were out of the office I apologize for this because you should have been offered the option to leave a message for them

CAS Cable does not make customers sign contracts All services are on a month to month basis All changes in policies and/or billing are printed in advance on customer’s monthly statement For bandwidth notification we send emails to notify customers when
they reach 70% and 85% of their monthly allowance At this time, the system we use does not allow us to send a notification email for every overage level used We do however offer a Data Usage tool on our website that allows customers to monitor their internet usage Yes, we can provide you with a detailed breakdown of how much internet is being used per day over a month’s time. As stated in our privacy notice, other than monitoring bandwidth usage,we do not collect additional personally identifiable information so we would be unable to inform customer of what websites are visited in his home. If the customer would like, we would be happy to have a computer technician go over his usage and offer some solutions to lower it. Unfortunately, we do not offer an unlimited internet package. But, we do offer higher internet usage plans
