All work was done to the home owners requests As per the customers statements, I did leave tools and materials in the basementAnd did inquire for permission to do soI was diligent to clean an organize all related items neatlyAs well as sweep and pick up scraps and saw dust
Please not this was an unfinished basement.I am a small businessWork completely aloneIn slow winter I plowThe home owner didn't seem to mind me clearing their driveway for freeAs I did several timesWhich needed to be done as to not slip and fall myself working out of the rear of my truckFor these reasons I was there speraticaly per the weatherI am also a single fatherAnd with school out I have no back up for my young childrenWhich the home owner knewAs we spoke candidly of both they and I being transplantsPlease note: the home owner also did not clean his own steps of snow, for his eight month pregnant wife And again I did my best to clear it for my own safetyAs far as materialsAll material where newOne door frame developed an issue after installed and stainedWhich I did repairAnd was no longer visibleThis home was difficult to work in due to the poor lighting and many boxes around the homeI never asked to have the home owner lift a finger to move furniture or boxesOnly to inquire permission that I couldAs for the extrasi never made mention of any payment for anything other then what I was contracted forThe unsolicited extras where as a gesture of good willAnd included: Snow plowing drive way, Shoveling steps, Installing exterior side door knob, Assembling baby crib, Touching up paint around windows, Repairing kitchen window.
