I am rejecting this response because: To begin, [redacted] is lyingI am, of course, not surprised by thisI do not expect anything else from a liar except liesI did think that she would be an adult about the situationYou got caught in your lies, but don't want to right your wrongsHow did we know that someone named [redacted] worked there if we NEVER worked with her? Now, if a coworker lied about her name, then [redacted] needs to take that up with her coworkerHowever, [redacted] sure knew my voice when I called and asked me, "Is this [redacted] ?" and then said "Bye [redacted] ." upon the conclusion of the phone callShe knew not only my name, but my roommate's name as wellThis is surprising for someone who claimed to have never worked with usFurther, did we both guess her name randomely? Sorry, but we are not psychicWe wish that we were though, because we never would have visited this property and dealt with these never ending liesFurthermore, she is lying when she says that she never spoke about the wifiWell, that is an obvious lie for two reasonsOne, how did I know that they had complimentary WiFi if they never told us about it? It seems that we truly must be psychic to Casa BellaOn top of that, she wrote on the casa bella paper "wifi free" and "water jea", etcSecondly, what complex offers free WiFi as an ammenity, but doesn't advertise it to bait you in? Why have it at all if it isn't a "bonus" to make someone want to live there? She is also saying that we were never told that we could get our deposit backI told her that I wasn't sure yet because I wanted to see my optionsI didn't want to put a deposit, just complete the appShe ensured me that I could come back and get it if I chose not to live thereWhy would I come back up there for something that I was explicitly told couldn't be refunded? Why waste my gas? It's because I was lied toI believed her because deposits usually cover damage to the apartmentHow can we damage something that we didn't even have the privelage of viewing? I don't put down non-refundable fees for an apartment that I haven't seenI don't understand what reason I have to lie about any of thisCasa Bella has a "good" reason to lie, thoughThey wanted a lease signedHowever, I refuse to live thereI wouldn't stay there for freeIf they're lying to me now, only God knows how much they would lie to me once I actually signed the lease [redacted] is lying that we could have resolved this between Casa Bella and myselfI went in their office twice, and also called to no availThey refused to work things outThey gave me a number to the owners that doesn't ring properly, and I can provide the number to Revdex.com so that they can call it to verify thisI was promised a call back from the owners by [redacted] and never recieved oneI'm sure she'll deny these truths as wellAlsyon lied to me and my roommate and now she is lying to Revdex.comThe lies just seem to never stopPlease, explain these anomalies that I mentionedI have been left no choice but to take legal action against youRegards, [redacted] [redacted]

In response to complaint # [redacted] 14 regarding advertising issues, I would first and foremost like to say that I feel this complaint is ridiculous. I have never worked with [redacted] even though she has used my name throughout the complaint. [redacted] was NEVER told that there is no refund deadline. Anyone that cancels after 72 hours forfeits their deposit which is in the application that she signed. And she states in her letter that she disregarded the written one which means that she indeed saw it. [redacted] never asked about the wireless phone service or wifi that we offer complimentary. We have no control over the phone service anyway. As for the other issues, she really doesn't have an issue. Most of this could have been worked out with her simply calling and speaking to me. Please feel free to contact me with any further questions.
