Review: I have purchased a sectional sofa from this company.. after only just a little over a week of use, one of the support boards broke as I was sitting on the couch.. to re-iterate, I was sitting on the couch playing video games then broke beneath me...they assured me a replacement, but after almost 2 months nothing has happened and I have been getting the run around..I went in to ask for refund of couch and was told the owner was out until the 29th....I would like a refund for this defective sectional that was purchased mid march...after weeks of "we will contact you next week with an update" nothing has happened...the couch was apparently send to the manufacturer of that specific couch and was not able to provide a replacement..Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the purchased couch
