we have been to mrs wrights house on multiple occasions to address the concern.. as for the alarm the is nothing that will make it beep 1 time as we were told. if the alarm system was beeping it will beep 3 times until a code is entered. and...
per the alarm log which records every event the alarm has not shown 1 error/problem except for a low main battery when we installed the alarm . I have given her gran-daughter access to the alarms network connection which shows everything. arms disarms errors low battery's etc so that she can see and show elen that it is not the alarm causing the random beep . I have changed all the batterys in every device I could think of and seen and not charged her for 1 thing. and as for the carbon monoxide detector . it was half off the wall when I was there and no other way to replace the battery which was bad . I have done everything I could think of and more to make her happy
