I needed to renovate my property in Irving in order to sell it but I was living out of stateI hired Javier and his firm, Casa & Company, to handle renovations and was extremely pleased with the results Throughout the process, Javier was professional, courteous and responsive, which was particularly important to me since I was out of stateHe took the time to make suggestions on additional items that would help the property sell using his expertise from his extensive background in renovations and flipsHe also provided alternatives to help lower costs while still achieving a quality finished product and worked directly with my HOA to help resolve a foundation issue My property was under contract for more than asking within one week of being listed and I firmly believe Javier's suggestions and quality of work were keyI couldn't be happier with the process or the results and would glady work with Casa & Company again and strongly recommend them to anyone looking to renovate their property

Casa & Co did a phenomenal job with our extensive home remodel The remodel included the following full bath remodel on our Hall Bath and Master Bath, wood tile installation, full kitchen remodel (new appliances, new cabinetry and granite counter tops), interior painting, and installation of French back door/solid wood front door, new fire place facade, new interior lighting and many other interior remodeling projects The entire project took over weeks to complete and it was done on time and on budget (minus any additional scope that we added while having his team on site) The experience was very positive and his team were very professional and treated our home as their own We built some strong relationships with his craftsmen and we it was tough to see them move on The owner (*** ***) was very friendly and always there to have our best interests addressed He often would roll up his sleeves and do some remodeling activities along with his team He also worked closely with us to choose our remodeling items (Cabinets, Floor and shower tile, back splash tile, carpet, and remodeling materials) He was available to us 24/during the remodeling project and made sure our questions or concerns were addressed expeditiously He also has been available since completing the project to address any post completion items as they surfaced I can easily say that my time with Casa & Co will not be my last I have referred his company to many of your friends/colleagues for the excellent work performed I would also like to add that we had two prior General Contractors (GC's) that were involved in our home remodel and we interviewed over GC's and *** (Casa & Co) were heads and shoulders above all others His project management and network of vendors (i.eCabinetry, Granite and Home products) were evident when delivering quality service at optimal cost

Casa and Co had the very best priced estimate and did a fine job renovating all of our bathrooms bathrooms needed new sinks and cabinets-the master was a complete demo/remodel and it looks beautiful

We were referred to Javier from a neighbor and chose to hire him after interviewing 7 general contractors for our major home remodel project. He was extremely responsive with all of our upfront questions about the project plan and stood behind his promises about customer satisfaction from beginning to end. We had a large project and Javier and his crews were able to finish on-time. We felt the cost for the work performed was fairly priced. We hired them to remove popcorn ceilings, paint all interior walls, lay engineered hardwood flooring, re-design fireplace, complete renovation of guest bathroom and to install new kitchen cabinets and granite countertops. Any project of this magnitude has its share of headaches but we were able to address them promptly and to our satisfaction. Javier cares deeply about having the job done to the customer's liking. We were comfortable having them in our home even when we were not around. We were very pleased with the overall experience and would definitely recommend Javier to our friends.
