After three weeks of calling him and leaving messages this BBB complaint is the only time he's responded to me. I know for a fact the driver Mike verified everything I said. Read some of the first few messages I left with Kelly, Mr Nasser. We took a trip to a very well known bridal shop in NYC. My daughter picked out a gown. I told Kelly originally we'll have to make a few more trips there for future fittings. I wanted to use the same limo service if you would discount a future trip because of the extremely uncomfortable ride because THE A/C DID NOT WORK. As a consumer, I wanted nothing for free only wanted what I paid for. You refused to return my messages. That ALONE is bad business. And again I guess the drivers don't know how to work the AC either. Mr Nasser by your responses on here you make it clear to all other potential consumers that you have no regard for customer service. Besides, it's ALWAYS bad business to try to blame the customer not to mention lie about it. I will continue to warn future potential customers of my bad experience with your company. The statements in the complaint are mostly blatant liesWe switched them to a larger limo of the same year to make it more comfortable for the passengersThere's no ripped seats in vehicle or exhaust leaksAny smell must have been from another vehicle because there are no exhaust leaks in the
carWe completed the hour trip the driver was on time and courteousThe car was in good working order before the Trip and currently inspectedAt the very end of the Trip on the exit ramp the wheel and rear tire failed there was NO fire or need for extinguisherOur driver called out garage and we dispatched another vehicle immediately to finish the TripThe vehicle arrived to the location but the people decided to leave on their own and not utilize our transportationThe vehicle with theMinor wheel and tire damage was quickly repaired and was back in service the next dayWe successfully did the hour trip and we aplogized for the problem with the wheelWe do not understand why client is making the rest of complaints up and never once called us during trip with any complaintsWe are willing to offer them a partial refund for the vehicle problem at end of the trip

We understand that the customer has frustrations about the a/c not workingBut it did work and is still working fineKelly mentioned that the limo in question went for service All our limos get serviced and cleaned every week as good company maintenance The limo in this complaint has not had any a/c service since that rentalIt was used the next day and several times since with no issues I can't make up a problem that doesn't exist We have been operating limos for over years and we have seen this happen on occasion where the customer inadvertently bumped or pushed a wrong button in the limousine If there was a problem with the limousine we would gladly credit the customerBut in this case the limo runs and the a/c works perfectly.Thank you,Nasser Limousine

I Do not accept the response made by the business listed for multiple reasonsIn regard to their response, the car was not switched to a larger model of the same year add multiple passengers had already arrived to the pickup site for the trip and saw the original car, a newer model vehicle and were there when the driver was called back to the garage to change out "license plates" only, not the vehicle, however he returned with a completely different car, of which I'm sure was not off the same value off the car we had paid forUpon speaking with the driver later during I've if our stupid on the trip her lamented that he should have told the company that he had already left as this vehicle was not what we should have receivedHe also stated that this problem happens frequently and that I was wise in not choosing the company for transportation fort my upcoming wedding as they have no remorse in switching out vehicles last minute I personally sat on a cracked seat myself the entire day, sitting in the rear, smelling fumes and also in the passenger side seat that would not open from the inside, which I'm sure is not legal...and was obviously an issue in our SAGE EXIT from this vehicle after it began smoking and we needed to all exit onto the highway exit ramp out of the door next to the smoking wheel area and axelThe driver was minutes late picking us up after switching cars add he stated that the vehicle was filthy and needed to be washed, cleaned, and gassed up before picking us upWe were late for our first reservation and nearly missed our opportunity to attend the winery because of his tardiness which I attribute directly to the business, not the driver himselfThe trip was not completed as we were forced to find other rides home, his direction straight from your dispatch center, after being stranded on the highway for over hoursIF a limo bus were to have been dispatched, I would hope it would make it from miles away from our incident in less than minutesIf not, ore driver should have been intelligent enough to call off the "supposed transport bus" after we had all gotten rides home add instructedAll of your claims of our lies are humorous as have solid proof to back them up, including phone calls to the authorities to alert them of the situationAs you mention regarding the fire extinguisher, why would our driver have brought it out of the car and attempted to use it if there was no need to fully so, also why would he have stated that it was brokenSeems somewhat pointless, doesn't it? Either your driver is lying in his report or has amnesia relating to the incidentI know I'd like to block it out of my memory as wellThere was no need to call during the trip as wet expected to arrive safely back to our drop off location, not be stranded on the side of a highway exit rampTo insinuate that we had chosen to acquire our own transportation home is a flat out lieThere was no other mode of transportation available to us on the hours we were stranded on the side of the highwayA limo bus never arrived during that period of time nor did our driver inform us that one was en route It is YOUR COMPANY that is making up blatant lies and now threatening slander lawsuits against any passengers our their family members who have spoken out against the company's actions or lack thereof It is our group who should be concerned with threatening harassment charges against messages sent through Facebook relating to postsThis company needs to be shut down, they have faced near $100,in fines last year alone and take zero actions to remedy their problemsPartial refund is a joke, we expect a 100% refund with no more harassment from your owner and "General Manager" aka owner's girlfriendWhat a joke!

To whom it may concern: I do not understand why this complaint was even filed We inspected the air conditioning after the
vehicle came back from the trip and it was working properly In fact the vehicle has gone out several times since then without incident Also the customer tried to charge back the purchase and they were refused by the credit card company that ruled in our favor In the back of the limo there is a service panel for the customers to control the air and heatmood lights, stereo etc The buttons are located next to each other and are very small but marked It is very possible the customer could have pushed the button off by accident The drivers selection for rear power was on and a/c functioning perfectlyThere is no way we would ever send a vehicle out on a trip on a hot day without the a/c working, this would make no sense whatsoeverWe provided quality service and we want our customers to enjoy there rental Because they had some confusion with the a/c controls We would like to give them 10% off there next limo rental Also the vehicle is pictured on our sitewww.nasserlimo.com and if the Revdex.com would like to see it or test the a/c or heatWe would be glad to set up a time to do so Thank you Nasser Limousine

To whom it may concern.  The Customer signed a contract and reserved 5 hours of time with a overtime rate of $120 per hour.    The customer was charges 2 hours overtime because they used 7 hours and 20 minutes.   A sign contract and a drivers log can be provided if...

untrue. This is no reason to cancel a job. I reassured her, that her job would be on time and the limo she ordered. Subsequently by her canceling I didn't have time to rebook the job and Lost the remainder of the balance of $649. Which is not fair to our company. The contract is attached.
