We are not disputing the error on our part in failing to pack the customer's order correctly. We understand the customer's frustration -...
we hate when this happens. Unfortunately, mistakes do happen and we apologize for this error. This was not purposefully done. The fact of the matter is our food comes with several customizable options. From time to time, sometimes the wrong condiment, salsa, tortilla, or items may be missing when packing multiple carry-out orders at peak hours. Upon her calling us back to inform us of the error, we offered her an opportunity for her to return to receive the missing item at no charge and to receive a refund as per our policy. The owners have reached out to the customer by the phone number provided and we are awaiting for her return phone call to resolve the matter to a satisfactory end.
