My experience began with Vision Ford, Alamogordo, NMOn 7/27/my transmission gave out on a trip to Cloudcroft, NMLuckily I was close to Vision Ford and was able to limp in for an assessmentSure enough I needed a whole "new" transmissionThey kindly gave me a loaner, stating that my truck would be completed the following weekAs I live in El Paso, TX I told them I would not be able to pick up the truck until the following Saturday, August On Wednesday, July 2013, I called Vision to get a status report on my EscapeI was told the vehicle was done and waiting for meAt that point I offered to pay for the service and was charged in full by VisionWhen I arrived on Saturday, August 2013, I was informed that my Escape was in fact not ready and wouldn't be until the following weekThe service manager gave me another loaner, a $rebate, and offered to deliver my Escape to my home in El PasoI finally received the car on August
Flash forward to Saturday July when my Escape's transmission again gave out againI delivered the truck to Casa Ford in El Paso, TX on August along with my month 100% warranty, the original work order, and the 2nd loaner agreement formFord stated that my warrant was void since I had paid for the original service on July Even though it was obvious that the car was not ready, hence the rebate and second loaner vehicleAny attempts to work with Vision and Casa were met with, "I'm sorry, it's not my fault" and "I'm sorry, I didn't work here in so I don't know what happened"I then explained that I had text message and voicemail confirmation that the Escape had broken-down on July 2016, still within the warranty timeframeThis time Casa stated that Ford would not work with me due to the age of the vehicle and its mileageThe service agent stated that he lowered my cost and gave me a discount on the rental, but I'm still out $
I will never ever purchase a Ford product again

My husband and I went into *** *** to buy a car, and what we got from this business was a negative and overall rude experienceThe "Manager" *** *** was nothing but rude and had a very despot attitude towards usOur salesman was great, but once Jermaine came into the picture, it all went down hillThroughout the whole negotiation, he had the nerve to tell us, "IT IS WHAT IT IS" and kept giving us his "I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE"
Being a manager you have to profess and live up to the values that are being advertised on T.VIf you don't want to deal with people and don't have the skills nor patience required to be a manager then maybe you should reconsider a different career pathBut hey, my husband is just a SSG and I'm only a mere professor who wanted to do business and leave with a car that nightIf you are looking for a car save yourself the time, headache and frustration and skip this placeWe had nothing but a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this guy, *** ***
Word will spread, and not in a good way
I would really love to contact the owners and make them well aware of what certain managers are doing with their business
By the way, he still had the nerve to get up, push the table and just walk off like nothingIsn't a manager suppose to display ethical values, smile at all times and cater to the needs of the customer? just saying
What a shame

On 6/30 went in to purchase a vehicle. At 11:30 p.m. end of the month they finished all the paper work. And then I was told that the credit was approved but none of the banks had picked up the financing because the dealer submitted it to the banks at over 125% of the value on a used car; 125% is the limit. A week goes by and still not answer and I started to get the run around. Called in several times and could not get an answer from sales associate. Find manager, even called owner, and secretary stated he would call me back; never received a call. I went in on 7/11 to pick up my trade since my deal was never funded so I assumed the deal was never closed. They said come back tomorrow because my vehicle was not there. I went in the next day and they told me my vehicle had been sold. I asked how they could they sell my vehicle if my deal was not complete and they could not give me an answer. Spoke to my attorney and he stated I had a case but would take a while to get thru the court system. After hearing this I received a letter from the credit union on 7/27 stating that the funding was done and approved. This was one month after the original deal bought several cars from this dealership same sales man no issues. Never again. Buyer beware.

My name is [redacted] I recently purchased a 2013 ford fusion with casa ford in el paso texas . the car has hail damage the brakes had a knocking nose and the financed personal try to say I was committing fraud. They even told me that they would not be able to do anything for me that I was just stuck with that car . I went to casa ford because I though they were the best but after this experience I would not recommended anybody to go there with people like that there is not need to be rude or treat anybody like that. I hope that my review will help other people that treated like this its wrong.
