Snow birds beware. Casa Grande Family Dentistry constructed an upper denture for me at a fee of $2000 last year. They assured me this was a one time fee and would cover future visits until I was satisfied with the fit and comfort of the appliance.
I found the quality of the appliance was shoddy. MY visits for corrections were preformed in haste because of the dentists patient load. The appliance never was fitted correctly and my winter visit time had expired and I had to return home to Iowa. Dr. [redacted] assured me he would correct the problems next year when I returned for winter vacation.
Last week when I returned and complained of the problems that always existed with the appliance the office manager approached me and informed me it would cost me an additional $430 to correct the issue. I feel this was not part of agreement and am very dissatisfied with the addtional cost and the poor overall quality of the performance of this service.
