Casa Grande RealtyTo whom it may concern,In response to the Compliant ,The Tenants that resided at the property were forced to move the owner did not want to make the proper repairs needed raw sewage running under house was the biggest and final straw .Casa Grande did not Coordinate any major repairs due to the owner not responding .Maintenance responded to a service call with floor sinking in bathroom and raw sewage smell ,he removed toilet in order to snake ,replaced wax ring and put down new backer board where tile and subfloor where rowating,this was just a temporary fix .I again contacted the owner he became verbally violet cursing at me saying I want my [redacted] house back nowThe tenants also called Code enforcement about all the problems that the house had .In the process of moving The owner did a illegal lock out putting their remaining belongings in the street we have witness that will testify .I contacted him again he threaten me that he would knock the [redacted] out of me if I came anywhere near there, I believe he was intoxicated there were beer cans in the yard according to our witnessMy tenant did call APD they said it was a civil Issue she got sick from all the this and told me she just wanted to be done with him and would testy if needed, and new that legally she could sue him for the illegal lockout and abatement from the time she moved in if they had the strength and timeI sent him pictures along with his check , funny he cashed the check but refused to fix anythingAll checks were written from a Trust Account each and every monthHe failed to provide a safe and healthy place of livingI was never paid a termination fee that he verbally agreed to and never paid for the service call .He can't understand a P&L Report that I mailed him IN December for his taxes I don't send nor am I required to .I accounted for his property always on or before the 15th of each month as per our AgreementI was also allowed to make repairs up to $also per Property management agreementOwner also agreed that he would not assign this contract to anyone and did and new Management started calling me and demanding information that is not permitted by law, And harassed the tenants by calling and demanding there information that is also against the law Damage Deposit is the tenants money not the owner witch was not turned over to the owner because they no longer resided there the House was left clean we were unable to take pictures due to the illegal lock out that occurredI can only hope that this doesn't happen to any other property manager and good TenantsCasa Grande Realty Joann S [redacted] Owner/broker
