Review: I placed an order to go with them and I expressed my concern about a 2nd bag of chips for my order. Then was told I would get a bag free. Long story short I went to pick up my food and was charged, so then I called and wanted to speak to the manager. She didn't speak English and refused to get on the phone with me. So I was told leave your number and the owner will call you. Well he called me and before I could express my concern he immediately interrupted me by saying I cant afford to give free food away. I then proceed to attempt to tell him my complaint and stated the customer service at this locations is awful and then he said well don't come back here then. Then I replied how are you a business owner who telling a customer on which you know is having bad service that you don't want my business. He then stated why are you complaining so much there is several Mexican Rests. around here. Then I told him he didn't care about his customers relationships and he said yeah your right I don't give a [redacted] about my customers. This is where I said your complaining about how you can afford to give me a extra bag of chips for my order and yet your telling me you don't need my business. I said it doesn't make sense when I eat there I get 3 free refills of chips but on a $40 dollar order I can only get 1 bag of chips. To be honest it wasn't about the fact I had to pay its the principal that a business owner wasn't concerned about a customer complaint and he stated numerous of times I need to stop complaining so much and not come to his location to eat since I was so unhappy. I expressed my concern on how this a huge disappointment to hear this from the owner. He then stated its not my servers responsibility to handle my concern there is [redacted] for that, which I replied she doesn't speak English and refused to speak with me. Overall I have had the worst experience ever in a food place. Where the customer is right and I got treated disrespectfully he hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I would like my $42.71 refund for my food because I will never eat there again. I would also like a huge apology from the owner in a email and phone call.
