They fail to come to my house to fix my sofas, we had 2 appointments and there was no phone call to confi
I bought a sofa and love seat on XX-XX-XXXX from casa leaders, after two months we start to have problems with the items like hearing noices when we seat on them, it sounded like the wood was going to brake. The noices were getting worse and we tought the sofas will crack or brake so we decided to call casa leaders and ask them about the warranty (three months from the store and one year from the factory) they told mr to call the warehouse where I pick the sofas up because they handle the warranties. I call on around oct. 6th 2018 I talked to a representative and explained the situation and he told me a tecnitian will call me within 5 days to confirm and make the appointment but 6 days passed *** nobody call me so I went to the store and talk to *** the store manager and she said that I needed to call them again because she couldn't do anything so I was kind of angry but I decided to call them again and when I call them they said there was no record of my call and I got mad and ask them how could that be possible and they said he will put the order and wait another 5 days and the tecnitian will call me to confirm and make the appointment. after 4 days there was no call so I call them again and they want to give the tecnitian another 5 days and I told them NO, I told them they needed to come and fix the sofas withing 3 days because I was going to go out of the contry and if they can't bring the guy then I told them I w@nt my money back. The representative ( I can't remember his name but I think was *** or ***) was sooo rude telling me I had to wait because the tecnitian was not available at that time . Basically he told me I had no choice then I got mad at him and told him I want my money back and that I was going to make my complaint to Revdex.com and he told me to do what I have to do. So we both were mad so I told him thank you and hang up. On friday nov 2nd somebody call me but I didn't get his name because I was in Mexico and the reception was not that good , the only thing I told the guy was that I was out of town and when I return to USA I will make my complaaint. And that was the last conversation I had with them
