I was so happy to find a place that I could custom order some couchesThe price was reasonable and the service was very friendly

There was a bit of delay on the delivery of the sectional and chair, but I was ok waiting, understanding that I placed the order at the busiest time of yearI paid for 90% of the order and had to waot for the other piecesI waited almost one additional month for the rest of the fabric to arrive for the few remaining pieces*** *** I was told I would get it on Sunday, then told it wasn not readyThen I was told it would be Tuesday...tuesday turned into wednesdayWhen I tried to get a hold of Parm, they disnt pick up the phone, and when I called from a different number theu picked up and told me she wasnt thereI tried through the day Thursday and was told she was not available*** *** *** *** *** I was told the rest of the items would come ThursdayStill have not had a call from herI was not given any discount or compensation for the lack of serviceThe whole crew protects each other and their storries did not add up of when it was ready to go out and where Parm was*** Worst customer service experienxe I have had in a very long timeI would recommend anyone to this business*** ***
