ID: [redacted] September 15, This letter is a response to the complaint received from Ms [redacted] in reference to a missing payment, Casa Pointe has not received the money order within the complaintI spoke with Ms [redacted] on 9/4/after Idelivered that Notice to Vacate to her doorI explained to the resident that we only showed a payment received for $on 8/7/15/I have looked through all the payments that came in to our office in August and I did not locate any other payment from this residentIt is the resident's option to put a trace on any money order that she claims is missingThe trace will show if the money order actually existsIf it exists, then it will also show who cashed it.Sincerely, [redacted] Property Manager

I have looked through all the payments that came in to our office in August and I did not locate any other payment from this resident. It is the resident's option to put a trace on any money order that she claims is missing. The trace will show if the money order actually exists.
