The worst apartment complex to live in. Horrible maintenance and the apt manager supervisor do not supply maintenace orders.

This is a horrible place. I have a leaking roof, and it does rain in Phoenix. My sliding door has 1/2" gap where the doors meet, and I have been here 4 mos. will them not fixing it. The AC/Heating unit needs servicing, and APS tells me the management have to schedule it, but they do nothing. The carpet should have been replace 3 tenants ago, or at least sometime in the last decade. Old stains have come through and the ceiling is turning a rust color where it is not leaking. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. The location is great, but the peeling paint on the outside of the building should have been my first clue they don't take care of the place.

I have been a tenant at Casa Tierra Apartments for over a year now and absolutely hate the management staff and their matienance services. They are by far the worst when we need assistance at our apartment. This time by far the worst they have become. Since July 2,2015 we have been needing our sink which is clogged and has had water in it (which is smelling very bad) since the 2nd and it is now July 15, 2015. I have called them numerous times and they seem to keep saying they will come and still do not, they do not care if we tell them they will be reported because they do not believe we will. I have also seen that the A.C of many apartments does not work either because all their windows have the small a.c units set up in them which is very sad because its been since the beggining of July 2015 that they have been like that too. That is not the last thing, one of the ramadas where we park is broken and has been since June 2015 and all matienance has put to hold it up is a wood stick that has nails sticking out of it, which is a hazard all on its own. I mean come on now a kid can push the stick down and it can fall on them and ruin a bunch of peoples cars. I know this seems like a rant but we as tenants have rights if we are paying rent and we do not deserve to live in these enviroments.
