To whom it may concern,When this vehicle was sold the customer inspected the vehicle and was told by us all that we knew about the vehicle, we even went as far as showing the customer pictures of the car before the accident repairs were done to it, they were told about the broken motor mount...

which was visible and they made an offer to purchase the vehicle for a very discounted price knowing that the car had a salvage title due to a front end accident.  The vehicle was sold AS-IS with no warranty from us at all. Since we discounted the vehicle to leave room for repairs we will decline to do any refunds on the vehicle.  If they were unsure of purchasing the vehicle they should've had the vehicle looked at by their mechanic before they purchased the vehicle, we allow all of our customers to have vehicles inspected by their choice of mechanic or shop before purchasing the vehicle.

I am rejecting this response because:These are not the events that took place. Within the two days that I had the car that's not what happened. I bought the car (Thursday Feb 23,2017) for $2000. I swiped my debt card for the price of $2000. I was told that if ANYTHING went wrong with the car to bring it back immediately. I took the car back the first time on Thursday Feb 23,2017 due to the fact the check engine light came on, the car stalled out on the high way as I was driving with my daughter in the car. The second time I took my car back the Manager was not at the car lot. So the assistant manager had a salesman drop me off at home and drove my car back to the lot. So I walked back up to the car lot with my daughter and sat at the car lot for two hours while my car went untouched. The only work that was eventually done to my car after waiting hours was my transmission being flushed. They gave me the key back and said everything was ok. As I left the lot I put the car on the highway and again the check engine light came on, and two other lights came on. On Saturday Feb 25, 2017, I returned to the lot again after going to [redacted] auto store where I had the codes on the car read they day before. I took pictures of the codes. So when Casablanca auto sales put the car back on the reader the codes came up again, however they told me they had to research what the codes meant and I would receive a call back. I left the lot with the check engine light still ON. I returned 45 minutes later due to the fact that my exhaust fumes were coming through the vents. However when I walked in, I received a lot of negative gestures as if they were fed up with me coming back. He did offer me another car but this particular car was the only one in my price range on their lot. After I declined the car offer, I asked for a refund. That's when I was told "it is very stressful having you return every day when were busy trying to sale cars" by the manager. After that I refused to continue doing business with this company. After the manager told me he was not going to refund my whole $2000, I felt I wasn't left any other choice but to sign the bill of sell so that I could get the $1500. Due to the fact the manger stated the $500 went to "docs and fees". However I never signed the title or documents for a title and I didn't receive any tags. After getting all my belongings out of the car, the manager sent a salesman out to request the paper work that was signed on the day of purchase. As requested I returned the paper work and key.

First of all Ms. [redacted] bought the car AS-IS with no warranties.  As a good will gesture we tried to accommodate her but she would not drop the car off and would demand to wait on it while we have a busy schedule with prior service appointments.  On the third day (Saturday 2/25/17)...

when Ms. [redacted] demanded a refund, she was told to drop the car off so we can fully look at everything thing rather then she keep coming back for every little thing,  I advised her to see if she was interested in any other vehicle on the lot, she did not want to do any business with us.  I made an offer to her of buying the car back from her for $1500 and she accepted and signed a bill of sale and sold the car back to [redacted].  Later that day she decided she wasn't happy with her decision and wanted $500 as well and I told her we've already agreed and you have already signed a bill of sale and we've paid you the $1500.  Not sure what she is attempting to do at this point.

I am rejecting this response because: the discount for repairs that you gave was for the airbag light repair and a screw broken off for the transmission. I am having to repair the front end damage that you claimed you already repaired. The repair work is only partially done. The welding is not complete, the frame is misaligned by over 2 inches. The front tire is not in line, the suspension is off. I am going to have to pay an additional $2000 to fix the front end damage and since you didn't repair it correctly, I am asking that you pay for half. The car is not safe to be driven as is, per mechanic and body shop. You claim to have safe cars that you would put your own family in, then please make this right. This does not include replacing the radiator that leaks, missing radiator overflow, broken motor mounts, missing battery mount, and missing motor shield under front bumper that we have already replaced. Also the CD player quit working and the heat/air is not working now. We are willing to accept $1000 for repair damage or return car for full refund. We haven't been able to drive the car since we have had it.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2016/03/04) */
This matter has already been resolved as of 3/3/2016 with Ms. [redacted] and it can be confirmed with her. She no longer has the vehicle and has settled with us.
