5/23/Revdex.com Jefferson StNE Ste A Albuquerque, NM RE: Complaint ID: [redacted] To Whom It May Concern: I could not find the correct place to respond on line - I researched on our side the invoices for [redacted] ***She had purchased a bracelet $which she returned and exchanged for a necklace, the necklace was shipped on 7/19/The bracelet was returned damaged - She also purchased turtle earrings for $Wild horse earrings for $Sterling Silver dangle earrings for $The wild horse earrings were returned to us broken and the sterling silver dangle earrings were returned brokenWe attempted to mail a refund I'm enclosing the return envelope — which did not arriveIt was lost in the mail some timeNext we tried working with Ms [redacted] but it has been difficultWe are more than happy to refund her, but we need an accurate amountThe claim amount is $if I can please have detailed information, on the itemsAs the necklace and turtle earrings were kept, by Ms***If she has any other credit card payments she would like to submit, we can review thosePlease let me know and Thank you for helping us resolve this issueThank you, Sincerely, Shary C [redacted] , Casados Trading Post ####-###-####See enclosed

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:In response to Casados trading post response of not knowing my mailing address sounds like the one when someone borrows money and tells the lender that they will pay them back when they get their tax returnWell you know how that one goes.In June, I bought a necklace and bbraceletsetIn talking to sherry I told her that a inch bbraceletwas too big for my inch wristafter many calls back and forth we tried to resolve the issueI was told that they would cover all the return postageThe bbraceletwas returned in the ssame conditionas receivedAs far as the earrings they said were broken wwereot but defectivethe hole in the top was not completely enclosed and would not hold the wireOn n11,30,I sent a certified letter which was received by and signed by Michael c [redacted] I kept trying to get in touc with them with no responseThey even blocked me from their facebook.I did in touch with Shery one time and asked how much was outstanding and she said $and ththats whee the amount came fromI gave them my address so many times I lost countI feel that they have a habhabit doing this to senior citizens Regards, [redacted] ***- [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]

I am rejecting this response because:In response to Casados trading post response of not knowing my mailing address sounds like the one when someone borrows money and tells the lender that they will pay them back when they get their tax return. Well you know how that one goes.In June, 2016 I bought a necklace and bbraceletset. In talking to sherry I told her that a 10 inch bbraceletwas too big for my 5 inch wrist. after many calls back and forth we tried to resolve the issue. I was told that they would cover all the return postage. The bbraceletwas returned in the ssame conditionas received. As far as the 2 earrings they said were broken wwereot but defective. the hole in the top was not completely enclosed and would not hold the wire. On n11,30,2016 I sent a certified letter which was received by and signed by Michael c[redacted]. I kept trying to get in touc with them with no response. They even blocked me from their facebook.I did in touch with Shery one time and asked how much was outstanding and she said $160. and ththats whee the amount came from. I gave them my address so many times I lost count. I feel that they have a habhabit doing this to senior citizens

The bracelet was returned damaged - She also purchased turtle earrings for $18.00 Wild horse earrings for $48.00 Sterling Silver dangle earrings for $24.00 The wild horse earrings were returned to us broken and the sterling silver dangle earrings were returned broken. We attempted to mail a refund I'm enclosing the return envelope — which did not arrive. It was lost in the mail some time. Next we tried working with Ms. [redacted] but it has been difficult. We are more than happy to refund her, but we need an accurate amount. The claim amount is $160.00 if I can please have detailed information, on the items. As the necklace and turtle earrings were kept, by Ms. [redacted]. If she has any other credit card payments she would like to submit, we can review those.
