In response to your complaint, on November 21, a letter was delivered and placed on the door of your apartment, reminding you that your current lease will expire on 2/14/2017. Along with a list of renewal options. The letter also stated that we will need you to come into the office
to sign your new lease or intent to vacate on or before 12/14/2016. Following no response with your intent, on 12/14/a second reminder letter was sent to your apartment. On 1/2/our office attempted to contact you by phone with no response. On 1/28/a final notice was posted on your door. On 2/5/you came into the office with a notice to vacate form dated for 1/28/2017, our staff member informed you that per your lease agreement residents are required to give a day written notice to vacate and referenced paragraph and paragraph of your lease contract. The manager contacted you on 2/6/to confirm the notice to vacate form we received on 2/5/does not comply with the requirements outlined in your lease contract. As a result you are financially responsible for rent through April 4th 2017. If you have misplaced or need a copy of your lease agreement please feel free to stop by the office. We value your time here as a resident and wish you the best in the future

We paid late fee for $ 50 for late rent plus $5 per day late fee. But when we called for deposite of $ 350.00. They said it will take week time to inspect and we will send you report. Most of time you call phone go to ans machine. They never call back. In my lease my address is noted as 104 burns place Ct St. Peter's mo. And they know. I just need settlement. I try talking to them earlier.
