Cascada Dental Spa

Review: I visited Cascada Dental Spa in May 2014 were I received my annual dental cleaning along with xrays and some fillings my following visit. All services were paid upon my visit. My insurance issued a check payable to Cascada on June [redacted] 2014 and after numerous calls, I am still waiting for my reimbursement.Desired Settlement: I would like Cascada Dental Spa to reimburse me the amount made payable to them by my insurance since my services was paid in full upon my visits.
